RESUMO

Panax notoginseng is the dried root and rhizome of Panax notoginseng, which has the effect of lowering blood lipid, lowering blood pressure and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. At present, the research on Panax notoginseng is mainly focused on its pharmacological action and its compound preparation, but the research on the granule of Panax notoginseng is less. This paper mainly studied the clinical study of compound notoginseng nanoparticles in the treatment of local infection in patients with hydrocephalus after medium craniocerebral injury in neurosurgery. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effects of compound notoginseng nanoparticles on serum TNF-α, IL-2 and IL-6 in rats with craniocerebral injury and to verify the protective effect of compound notoginseng nanoparticles on the body after craniocerebral injury. In this paper, 90 patients admitted to a hospital in this city were divided into a control group, model group and compound notoginseng nanoparticle group. According to the Zealonga method, the neurological function deficit score of experimental rats in each group was evaluated. The levels of TNF-α, IL-2 and IL-6 in the serum of the three groups were observed 1, 3 and 5 days after treatment. RESULTS: Compared with serum TNF-α, IL-2 and IL-6 of the three groups, there were significant differences in the main effects of time and intervention (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Compound notoginseng nanoparticles can reduce the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and increase the expression of IL-2 in rats with craniocerebral injury.

RESUMO

Ternary blending based on an alloy-like model has been proved as an efficient strategy for high-efficiency organic solar cells (OSCs). However, the third component that possesses excellent miscibility with host materials in the alloy-like model may trigger adverse effects for the active layer, especially at a high doping ratio. In this work, we propose a new concept of nonalloy model for the ternary OSCs in which the third component presents moderate miscibility with the acceptor and distributes at the interspace between donor and acceptor domains. The nonalloy model is constructed based on the PM6:Y6 system, and a Y6 analogue (BTP-MCA) is synthesized as the third component. The BTP-MCA can maintain initial excellent morphology of the active layer and enhance the morphological stability by acting as a frame around the host materials. As a result, ternary OSCs based on the PM6:Y6:BTP-MCA blend exhibit an impressive efficiency of 17.0% with a high open-circuit voltage of 0.87 V. Moreover, the devices present a high doping tolerance (keeping high efficiency with a doping ratio of 50%) and improved stability. This work indicates that the nonalloy model can be a promising method to fabricate efficient and stable ternary OSCs apart from the conventional alloy-like model.

RESUMO

Increasing electroluminescene quantum efficiency (EQEEL) of the photoactive layer to reduce non-radiative recombination energy loss (Eloss) has been demonstrated as an effective strategy to improve open-circuit voltage (Voc) of organic solar cells (OSCs). Meanwhile, incorporating a third component into the active-layer film can improve power conversion efficiency (PCE) of resultant ternary OSCs, mostly contributed from increments in short-circuit current density and fill factor but less in the Voc. Herein, we report a highly fluorescent molecule (IT-MCA) as a third component to reduce the Eloss and enhance the Voc for ternary OSCs. Applying the IT-MCA to three binary hosts, a significant increase of Voc (41 mV) is acquired and a best PCE of 16.7% is obtained with outstanding device stability. This work provides a new guideline to design the third-component molecule by enhancing its fluorescence for efficient and stable ternary OSCs with improved Voc.

RESUMO

Negative fluorine ions are exposed to a circularly polarized infrared laser pulse with a peak intensity on the order of 2.6 x 10(13) W/cm(2). A fundamental difference, as compared to the case of linearly polarized field, is found in the absence of any structure in the photoelectron spectrum that can be associated with the quantum interference effect. This observation is in accord with our recent predictions [S. Beiser, Phys. Rev. A 70, 011402 (2004)10.1103/Phys. Rev. A.70. 011402]. The experiment reveals that the length gauge is appropriate for the description of the field interaction in the frame of the strong field approximation.
