RESUMO
A 5-year-old girl presented with choristoma of the eye along with nevus sebaceus and congenital giant hairy nevus over the face. Anterior staphyloma also was present. Although choristomas have been seen occasionally occurring with nevus sebaceus, an associated ipsilateral, regional, congenital giant hairy nevus is rare.

A 36 year old male had two, slowly increasing, asymptomatic, hard nodules on the scrotum without any preceding history of trauma, inflammation or any scrotal disease, for the last 8 years. Serum calcium and phosphorus levels were normal. Histopathology revealed calcified masses without any inflammatory reaction or epithelial lining.
RESUMO
Serum immunouglobulin levels were studied in 41 histopathologically proven idiopathic lichen planus patients and 25 normal healthy individuals. No difference was observed in IgG levels, though, IgA and IgM levels were significantly reduced 'm patients with lichen planus as compared to normal controls. There was no association between the mucosal involvement and the reduced levels of IgA and IgM. These results suggest the possibility of humoral immuno-deficiency, in lichen planus patients.
