RESUMO
The authors evaluated reparative osteogenesis after incorporation of roncoleukin into combination therapy for experimental drug-resistant tuberculous osteitis. Roncoleukin (12.5 pg/kg, 5 injections, once every 3 days) was used during antituberculosis therapy before and after combined plasty (autobone + OsteoSet-T) in repairing surgical defects. When used in the postoperative period of combined osteoplasty, roncoleukin was shown to contribute to a reduction in the spread of specific inflammatory foci in bone tissue, cessation of an alternative necrotic component, an increase in the rate of osteogenesis with newly formed bone trabeculae, and activation of hematopoietic processes in the bone marrow. In parallel with intensified bone reparative processes, there was immunomodifier-induced stimulation of the absorption and digestion of peritoneal macrophages suppressed in experimental tuberculous osteitis.

The paper describes 4 cases of primary bronchial melanoma. The primacy of the tumor was established in all cases, by ruling out primary melanoma at another site (skin, nasal mucosae, and bowel), the presence of intraepithelial melanocytic proliferation in the areas of the metaplastic bronchial epithelium.

The complex clinico-morphological and immunohistochemical investigation of neuroendocrinal breast cancer has been carried out. Among 12 observations 3 histological types of neuroendocrinal breast cancer has been founded: parvicellular, colloid and clear-cell cancers. The questions of classification, therapeutic approach, collective and personal prognosis require the optimization of theirs clinico-morphological research with an immunohistochemical verification.

The paper describes a rare case of invasive lobular carcinoma with the diffuse growth type simulating malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The immunohistochemical study of the tumor established a marked expression of pancytokeratin, GSDFP-15, receptors to estrogen and progesterone, CD 7, Bcl-2, expression CD 3, CD 5, CD 10, CD 20, CD 23, CD 30, ALK, Bcl-6, inactive expression of E-cadherin. The ability of invasive lobular carcinoma to simulate malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma determines the diagnostic value and significance of an immunohistochemical study to confirm the epithelial nature of the tumor.

Gastric tumor in a male of 67 is reported. Immunohistochemically and morphologically the tumor is classified as a stromal stomach neoplasm. Size, mitotic activity, necroses, destruction of the mucous membrane suggest malignancy.

Two cases of esophageal primary melanoma in females aged 63 and 68 years with nodular and lentiginous forms of growth are reported. The diagnosis was made intraoperatively and at autopsy, respectively. Morphogenetically, there were primary multiple non-simultaneous zones of tumor growth with the apposition growth as a form of tumor progression. Early stages of morphogenesis were characterized by atypical borderline melanocytic activity, melanoma in situ with a starting invasive growth being basic criteria for diagnosis of primary esophageal melanoma in examination of endoscopic and surgical material.

Results of morphological and ultrastructural study of balloon-cell nevi and malignant melanomas (10 cases) are presented. The transition between typical and balloon cells was characteristic regardless of the site, clinicomorphological variant and biology of the disease. Polymorphism is typical for balloon-cell structures in malignant melanomas. The disturbance of the melanin synthesis and its precursors, progressing cell vacuolization support degenerative character of the process.
