RESUMO
Trata-se de um estudo cujo objetivo foi identificar e analisar os estressores ocupacionais referidos por 129 psicólogos clínicos. A análise das respostas foi realizada por meio da técnica da análise temática ou categorial. Foram identificados estressores na profissao do psicólogo clínico como: baixos ganhos financeiros, sobrecarga, a pouca autonomia e reconhecimento, esforcos e recursos físicos, desgastes emocionais, relacionamentos com colegas, pacientes e chefias, deficiencias organizacionais, políticas públicas, diretrizes governamentais e compromissos com a profissão. Foram verificadas mudancas nos estressores ocupacionais dos psicólogos clínicos derivadas do crescente assalariamento dos profissionais. Discutem-se alternativas de prevenção e com vista a redução do estresse ocupacional dos psicólogos clínicos.
Se trata de un estudio que tuvo como objetivo identificar y analizar los factores de estrés en el trabajo referidos por 129 psicólogos clínicos. El análisis de las respuestas se realizó mediante la técnica del análisis temático o categorial. Fueron identificados los factores de estrés en la profesión del psicólogo clínico como: bajos beneficios económicos, sobrecarga, la poca autonomía y reconocimiento, esfuerzos y recursos físicos, agotamiento emocional, relación con los compañeros, pacientes y autoridades, deficiencias organizativas, políticas públicas, directrices gubernamentales y compromisos con la profesión. Fueron verificados cambios en los factores de estrés laboral de los psicólogos clínicos derivados del aumento de la remuneración de los profesionales. Se discuten alternativas para prevenir y reducir el estrés en el trabajo de los psicólogos clínicos.
To identify and analyze stress factors in clinical psychologists such as positions of low financial gain; those overloaded with work, and with low autonomy and recognition; those implement-ing great physical efforts and resources; those under emotional distresses; in relationships with coworkers, patients and managers and with organizational deficiencies; and unable to adhere to public policies; government directives; and commitments in their career. 129 clinical psychologists were polled and the responses were analyzed through a thematic or categorical analysis technique, as addressed in this study. Changes in occupational stress in clinical psychologists were observed and alternatives to prevent and to reduce clinical psychologists' occupational stress are discussed.

Low-Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound Stimulus (LIPUS) accelerates the bone fracture healing in animal models and in clinical studies. In this work, according to the literature, we have chosen the mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) as precursors of bony tissue, in particular the MSCs derived from the human ovarian follicular liquid (FL), and we have investigated the effects of ultrasounds on their proliferation. We tested two different durations of ultrasound stimulus (2 and 5 min) and compared these data to the control without ultrasound treatment. To quantify the proliferation of these putative MSCs, we used the BrdU incorporation assay: in comparison with the control, the results showed that 5 min of ultrasound stimulus significantly increased the percentage number of cells in intensive proliferative activity; on the other hand, there was no significant difference using 2 min of stimulation, hypothetically because the transmitted energy was not sufficient to stimulate the cells and to consequently enhance their proliferation. In conclusion, the effects of LIPUS on putative MSCs derived from ovarian follicular liquid show potential developments in biotech or medical applications.
