RESUMO

UNLABELLED: The aim of the study was to compare the features of immune response in patients with alcoholic liver disease and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. MATERIALS: There was investigated immune status of 46 patients with alcoholic liver disease and 34 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. RESULTS: It was found the resemblance of the immune regulation of pathogenesis in both diseases. It was also established that in the history of alcoholic liver disease necrosis starts earlier because of loosing immune regulation of programmed cell death. This leads to forming liver cirrhosis in younger age.

RESUMO

UNLABELLED: The aim of the study was to investigate the therapeutic opportunities of S-adenosylmethionine and polyunsaturated lecithin in Child class A patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis using transient elastography. MATERIALS: The 38 males Child class A alcoholic liver cirrhosis were investigated. RESULTS: The use of S-adenosylmethionine or polyunsaturated lecithin in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis is reasonable cause of their possibility to reduce the fibrogenesis in liver tissue and of their possibility to improve the function of remained intact hepatocytes. Thus use of this remedies prevents progression of cirrhotic transformation of the liver and gives a patient an opportunity to get the stable clinical status.

RESUMO

UNLABELLED: The aim of the study was to investigate the features of immune response in patients with HCV infection on the South of Western Siberia. MATERIALS: The 130 patients with different genotips of HCV infection were investigated (95 men and 35 women). RESULTS: On the territory of the South of Western Siberia the 1 and 3 genotips of HCV infection were present especially in young men and women and 1b subtype was dominated. In patients with 1 and 3 genotips of HCV infection was occurred the massive inflammatory response with intensive necrotic proinflammatory cytokins damages of the liver tissue and high cirrotic occurring in young age.
