RESUMO

Clinical data of 46 patients with trans-sphincter anal fistula treated by fistulectomy with external anal sphincter bareness in Department of Anorectal Surgery, Jiaxing TCM Hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All operations were performed successfully. There were no significant differences in Wexner incontinence scores (2.00±0.68 vs.1.99±0.70, P<0.05), mean anal resting pressure [(75.60±8.60) vs.(73.60±8.20)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), P<0.05] and maximum systolic pressure [(109.60±7.80) vs.(107.20±8.30)mmHg, P<0.05] before and 6 months after operation. There were 1 case with postoperative incision bleeding and 2 cases with postoperative infection. All patients were followed up for 6 months and there was no recurrence and changes in anal shape during the follow-up. Results indicate that the fistulectomy external anal sphincter bareness is safe, efficient with well preserved sphincter function for patients with trans-sphincter anal fistula.

RESUMO

Based on the characteristics of the onset age of acne, relationship of both inter-promotion and inter-restraint among the five elements between the liver and the lung, route of main and collateral channels, relationship among emotions, menstruation and acne, and clinical effects, etc.this article emphasized treating acne from the liver theory and discussed its theoritical and clinical evidence.According to this artical, the liver fire attacking the lung was the important pathogenesis of the occurrence of acne,Eliminating the liver fire was the important method of treating acne.

RESUMO

Heat shock protein 27 is one of the members of the small heat shock protein family. Its molecular chaperone function and the interaction with the cell death pathway mediate cell survival under the stress state. The expression of heat shock protein 27 in ischemic lesions and remote areas and its changes in phosphorylation levels during cerebral ischemia is associated with neuronal tolerance to ischemia. However, the neuroprotective mechanism of heat shock protein 27 in cerebral ischemic tolerance still remains unclear. This article reviews the roles of heat shock protein 27 in cerebral ischemic tolerance and its potential mechanism.

RESUMO

p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) is an important intracellular signaling transduction pathway. Its major role is involved in inflammatory regulation and apoptosis.p38 MAPK is activated during the cerebral ischemia. Its expression level and the upstream and downstream protein phosphorylation levels will change.Ischemic preconditioning may mediate the survival or death of neuronal cells after cerebral ischemia through signaling transduction pathway.

RESUMO

Objective To study the effect of the products of entermorpha (EP), chlorella growth factor (CGF) and entermorpha dietary fiber (EPDF) on defecation and blood lipid regulation. Method Based on the composition of EP products, the male ICR mice were intervened with EP, EPDF and CGF with three doses. Using the constipation model induced by compound diphenoxylate, the effect of EP products on enterocinesia function of mice was determined by measuring defecation and the percentage of ink-pushing in small intestine. High-lipid rat model was established by feading high fat diet and the intervention effect with three doses of EPDF and CGF for 6 w was observed. Results As compared to the model group, all doses of EP,both middle and high doses of EPDF,and high dose of CGF could shorten the time of first defecation and increase the percentage of ink-pushing in small intestine of costive mice (P
