RESUMO
The viability of cultivated fetal fibroblasts has been estimate cytochemically, by system of expert estimations and by entropy equivalent (EE) generate, on the basis of the thermodynamic theory of nonequlibrium processes. The EE is the superposition of the transformed correlation matrix elements which are calculated by geometrical parameters of cell projections, using perimeter, the area, the compactness, and the central moments of the first and third orders, their difference and Fourier Description. Geometrical parameters of cells, which are the most effective for the estimation of viability by EE, and also necessary and sufficient for such estimation of cell number, are determined. It was shown, that cytochemical and expert estimations of viability well correlate with value of EE, which, according to thermodynamic representations, grows during artificial destruction of culture and at deterioration of its quality.

There were adduced the results of application of the dermal equivalent, manufactured using the tissue engineering methods, in complex of treatment of the lower extremities trophic ulcer. The pathogenetic substantiation was suggested for application of the method in the treatment of trophic ulcers. Possible advantages of the dermal equivalent imposition vs autodermoplasty performance were estimated.

There were analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 246 patients, suffering diabetes mellitus, with destructive forms of the diabetic foot syndrome. It was established, that application of an active surgical tactic using cutaneo-adipose flap of their own and cellular culture of fibroblasts on the background of selective prolonged intraarterial complex therapy permits to perform economic amputation of foot, reduces risk of performance of high amputation of the lower extremity and reoperations.

The growth factors, cytokines, adhesive molecules and extracellular matrix components play the leading role in the processes of intercellular interactions. Literary data on structure and mechanisms of functioning of the growth factors and their receptors are summarised in the present review. Some aspects of regulatory functions of such growth factors as EGF, TGFalpha, TGFbeta, FGF, KGF, AR, and HGF in these processes in epidermis keratinocytes both in vivo and in vitro as example were also considered.
