RESUMO
We study the contain of non-enzymatic cationic proteins (NCP) and the "degree of damage" in leucocytes in the rabbits with hemorrhages. In the animals with unimportant hemorrhages the contain of NCP in leucocytes increased. But in the rabbits with the considerable and return hemorrhages the contain of NCP in leucocytes lost. The degree of damage in leucocytes increased in the all experiments. The received results proved the presence of leucocytolysis in the rabbits with considerable and return haemorrages. In the rabbits with hemorrhages the contain of NCP in leucocytes changed dependence of the weight of the hemorrhages.

Conceptual question of the blood losses connected with phenomenon of endotoxicosis is being studied in this work. For this purpose an adapted method of the patients' blood having blood losses was used. It was realised on the white rat's vein porta. Ten patients with different kinds of haemorrhage being investigated, the presence of toxic traces in the blood taken from the patients in the first days of the posthaemorrhagic period are evident. The date of the blood toxic are normalised on the tenth-fourteenth day of the posthaemorrhagic period. Toxic features of the patients' blood with blood losses are proved by the investigations of leucocyte index intoxication in the first day of the posthaemorrhagic period. Twenty patients were investigated by that. The received results proved the presence of endotoxicosis in the patients' having blood losses.

The present study focuses on bodily resistance to Helicobacter pylori infection. A decline is shown in factors of unspecific resistance, in particular, leucocyte content of non-enzymic cationic proteins in the phase of exacerbation of the ulcer process. Weakening of resistance is accompanied by a decline in the activity of phagocytosis. Thus, compromised antibacterial defence of the organism during the phase of exacerbation of the ulcer process contributes to the development of Helicobacter pylori in the gastroduodenal zone.

In this paper, a therapeutic clinical series-based plan is submitted of a combined pathogenetically substantiated treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis. Sine-modulated flows were utilized as were centimetric waves, phonophoresis with methyluracil ointment to prostate according to the authors' own methods, as well as laser therapy. Positive results were obtained. Significant improvement of the consistency of the gland as well as indices of spermatogramme and microscopy of the prostate juice were recordable in 75%) of the patients. In summary, the proposed therapeutic alternative for patients with chronic prostatitis can be recommended for use along with other treatment options.

Stress-induced metabolic and immunological changes in the body are analyzed. Alterations in sympathetic-adrenal and kinin systems are noted. Attention is paid to immune system as well. Suppression of cell immunity manifested by decrease in the content of T-lymphocytes is demonstrated. Particular importance is attached to unspecific resistance. Non-enzymatic cationic proteins may be a striking example. They play an active part in pathogenesis of cytopathic effects leading to focal necrosis in the internals. Conclusion is made that non-enzymatic cationic proteins mediate stress reaction which results in destructive processes in organs manifesting clinically in post-stress complications.

Oncourological morbidity for the last 2 years according to data of inter-district urological department is considered in the article. Ratio of oncological patients has risen end equals 5-6% of total urological contingent, cohose rejuvenation cannot but draw attention. Cancer of prostate dominates in morbidity structure accounting for 1.2-2.5% of urological cases. It is followed by bladder cancer diagnosed in 2% of urological in patients. Tumors of testicles affecting young subjects aging from 25 to pathology. 35 have got more frequent. All the aforementioned explains the necessity of more detailed examination of urological patients for the early detection of oncological
