RESUMO
There is presented the experience of surgical treatment of 26 patients with solitary pulmonary metastasesof various malignant tumors. Atypical pulmonary resection wasdone in 5 patients, lobectomy - in 18, pulmonectomy - in 3. After the operation all the patients had survived, complications occur in 5 (19.2%) of them. Complex and combined treatment was performed in 13 (508) patients. Two-year survival rate had constituted 52.9% and three-year one - in 23.5%.
