Determination the granulofilocyte parameteres using Coulter LH 755 automatic blood cytoanalyze and discussing its clinical significances / 中国基层医药

Objective To discuss the normal reference value of 7 parameters and its clinical significance of granulofilocytes.Methods 7 parameters of granulofilocyte using Coulter LH 755 automatic blood cytoanalyze were analyzed in 150 cases of healty people and the changes of HLR and IRF were examined in 100 cases of anaemic patients.Results There were significant difference between two groups in granulofilocyte absolute value(RET#) and high light scatter reticulocyte absolute value(HLR#)(P0.05).The mean of them in different of anaemia was 0.80%,4.01%,1.9%,0.33% and 0.30% respectively(P
