Letterer-Siwe disease in a girl of 1 1/2 months is described. The disease ran a course with predominant involvement of the organs of immunogenesis and hyperbilirubinemia. At the end of the disease most prominent signs consisted in suppurative-necrotic lesions of the skin and pneumonia.
