Effect of heparin-derived oligosaccharide on lipopolysaccharides-induced inflammation in HUVECs and its molecular mechanisms / 中国药科大学学报

@#In this study, the effect of heparin-derived oligosaccharide(HDO)on lipopolysaccharides(LPS)-induced inflammation in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)and the molecular mechanisms were investigated. The generation of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)was detected by 20, 70-dichlorofluorescein diacetate(DCFH-DA). Experiment is divided into blank group(0. 5% serum medium), model group(LPS+0. 5% serum medium)and HDO dosing group(LPS+0. 5% serum medium +0. 01, 0. 1, 1mol/L HDO). The intracellular reactive oxygen species level was detected by reactive oxygen species experiment, the level of key regulatory proteins p38 and p-p38 in MAPK pathways and VCAM-1 were determined by Western blot. The results showed that HDO at 0. 01, 0. 1 and 1 μmol/L could inhibit the expression of VCAM-1 in HUVECs induced by 100 μg/mL LPS, and reduce the expression of key regulatory proteins p38 and p-p38, but could not obviously affect NF-κB nuclear translocation. The results all above showed that HDO could decrease the key regulatory proteins expression, and suppress the transcription of VCAM-1, resulting in inhibiting inflammation.

The evaluation of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome using multi-slice spiral CT and 3D airway reconstruction technology / 重庆医学

Objective To analyze the application of multi‐slice spiral CT and 3D airway reconstruction technique on obstruc‐tive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) of pharyngeal soft tissue and upper airway stenosis .Methods Selected 92 patients with OSAS in our hospital as the observation group and another 92 healthy persons were selected as control group ,all patients achieved multi‐slice CT and 3D airway reconstruction technical inspections ,counted and compared their pharyngeal soft tissue and upper airway stenosis .Results Airway stenosis of tongue back ,and hypopharynx retro‐palatal of control group were more narrow compared with the control group(P<0 .05);the observation group′s pharyngeal soft tissue was more thick than the control group ,so as the length and width(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Multi‐slice spiral CT and 3D airway reconstruction technique can effectively share pharyngeal soft tissue and upper airway stenosis of patients with OSAS .

Treatment of 54 Cases of Greater Occipital Neuralgia by Acupuncture plus Manipulation / 针灸推拿医学（英文版）

Fifty-four patients with greater occipital neuralgia were treated by faceup and rotationally pulling manipulation of cervical vertebra plus acupuncture on Fengchi (GB 20), Tianzhu (BL 10), Anmian (Ex-HN), Jiaji (Ex-B 2, C1 and C2), Naokong (GB 19), Yuzhen (BL 9) and Waiguan (TE 5) and all got effectiveness.

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis with Acupuncture: A Report of 60 Cases / 针灸推拿医学（英文版）

Bilateral Quchi (LI 11), Zusanli (ST 36), Shenshu (BL 23), Pangguangshu (BL 28),Yinlingquan (SP 9), Dazhui (GV 14) and Ashi points have been selected to treat 60 cases of acute gouty arthritis with the combination of moxa-stick moxibustion, and indomethacin and colchicines have been selected to treat another 60 cases as the control group. Two weeks after the treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups had significant difference with the effective rate of 93.3% in the former and 70.0% in the latter respectively (P＜0.01).

Doctor-patient relationship and ethics and morality teaching of medical trainee / 中国医学伦理学

Teaching of medical ethics is important in making up intems'diathesis.Recognition of the relatinship between doctor and patient is an important way for promoting their socialization and specialization since it is the basic relationship which interns face during clinical practising.Only by properly dealingwith the relationship can interns take to strengthen medical ethics study and culture medical moral consciously.
