RESUMO

"Funktionseinstimmungstraining--FET" (functional adaptation training) includes exercises aiming reorganization of verbal communication, improvement of capacity of concentration, vigilance, mental faculty over a longer period of time and memory. Following exact examination of speech deficits and accurate clinical-neuropsychological investigation, a certain program of training is established for each patient individually. Effects of FET might be diagnosed during the training-sessions as well as after the final set up of rehabilitation by means of objective data.

RESUMO

On behalf of the limited number of patients, statistical analysis and correlations had not been possible. It was evident however that two groups of patients can be differentiated: One with depressive-neurotic mechanisms and the other without signs of any neurotic-depressive state. It can be concluded that patients with depressive-neurotic signs give poor results after surgical procedures, whereas the other group gives satisfactory surgical results.

RESUMO

200 test persons were subjected to a double-blind experiment involving a medication of K. H. 3 (Schwarzhaupt). The measurement procedures involved 9 apparatus dealing with psychophysiological measurement level methods and led to the following outcomes: 1) Increase of the psychomotor tempo of the dominant hand after 5 month application of K. H. 3 (motor performance series). -2) Reduction of reaction errors determined by a vigilance measurement instrument after 5 month treatment with K. H. 3 (evidenced by an increase in monotony resistance and continous attention). -3) Improvement of multiple-choice reactions (simultaneous reaction capacity) to optic, acoustic and orientation-linked stimuli (fewer false and delayed reactions). -4) Increase of visual attentiveness and visual short time memory after 5 month medication of K. H. 3 measured by the Cognitron concentration measurement device). No statistically significant differences of the investigated performance parameters were found between K. H. 3 and placebo groups after 3 month application of K. H. 3. The result of the present study involving measurements at the psychophysiological measurement level are compared with data of a previous study.

RESUMO

Returning to our initial hypothesis, i.e. whether it is possible to define differences of personality changes between frontobasal and frontoconvex brain lesions which can be interpreted by neuropsychological test methods, we can draw the following conclusions: It was possible to show significant differences between the two groups on all four levels and with all four test methods. Depending on the exact localisation of the lesions the "frontal syndrome" could in many cases be defined as a basal or a convex syndrome on the basis of the accompanying mental changes. We think that our findings justify further neuropsychological studies on the clinical and psychopathological characteristics of these groups of lesions.

RESUMO

Compulsionary and ritual mechanisms show a variety of manifestations specifically in transcultural aspects. Strong feelings to suffer in compulsionary diseases and identical behavior patterns more or less within "normal" personality reactions can be observed. Limitations of free possibilities to behave can be described within creation and freedom of thought in man. Also this can be found in stereotyped patterns within sociodynamic ritus. Learning-psychological data are of great influence in human behavior as well as depth-psychological and sociodynamic features. Compulsionary and transcultural manifestations were to be discussed.
