RESUMO
Se presenta un paciente con el diagnóstico de Enfermedad de Barlow que al realizar un estudio profundo del caso se detectó la asociación con un síndrome disautonómico. Clasificándose a la paciente como de riesgo intermedio por la presencia de válvula mitral redundante y se observó la asociación con aneurisma del tabique interauricular así como escoliosis dorsolumbar(AU)
