RESUMO
We studied the structure of porous permeable titanium nickelide used as the scaffold. In vitro population of the porous scaffold with multipotent mesenchymal stem bone marrow cells on days 7, 14, 21, and 28 was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. Stage-by-stage histogenesis of the tissues formed from the bone marrow cells in the titanium nickelide scaffold in vivo is described in detail. Using mesenchymal stem cells, we demonstrated that porous permeable titanium nickelide scaffolds are unique incubators for cell cultures applicable for tissue engineering.

The article presents clinical observations of 49 patients with high condylar fractures, tumors and tumor-like lesions of the mandible where as the primary treatment method or as an adjunct to endoprosthetics after mandibular resection replantation of the mandibular head was performed using NiTi shape memory appliances to fix the fragments and isolate the replant from the glenoid fossa. Treatment results proved high efficiency of the technology.
RESUMO
The article presents the cases of cleft palate surgical treatment with simultaneous intervention in ENT organs (bypass of the tympanic cavity, segmental or total adenotomy, etc.) with the restoration of vomer anatomy and hard palate reconstruction by means of super-elastic low-profile nickel titanium implant. The article describes the advantages of the method in comparison with the conventional ones.

The paper presents the results of 20 years clinical experience in dental prosthetics with the use of porous titanium nickelide dental implants. Implants were placed in 565 patients aged 15-17 years. Long-term results analysis showed restorations to function properly after mean follow-up period of 8 years in 435 patients (78.2%) proving this material to be clinically successful.
