RESUMO

Risky-prescribing is the excessive or inappropriate prescription of drugs that singly or in combination pose significant risks of adverse health outcomes. In the United States, prescribing of opioids and other "risky" drugs is a national public health concern. We use a novel data framework-a directed network connecting physicians who encounter the same patients in a sequence of visits-to investigate if risky-prescribing diffuses across physicians through a process of peer-influence. Using a shared-patient network of 10 661 Ohio-based physicians constructed from Medicare claims data over 2014-2015, we extract information on the order in which patients encountered physicians to derive a directed patient-sharing network. This enables the novel decomposition of peer-effects of a medical practice such as risky-prescribing into directional (outbound and inbound) and bidirectional (mutual) relationship components. Using this framework, we develop models of peer-effects for contagion in risky-prescribing behavior as well as spillover effects. The latter is measured in terms of adverse health events suspected to be related to risky-prescribing in patients of peer-physicians. Estimated peer-effects were strongest when the patient-sharing relationship was mutual as opposed to directional. Using simulations we confirmed that our modeling and estimation strategies allows simultaneous estimation of each type of peer-effect (mutual and directional) with accuracy and precision. We also show that failing to account for these distinct mechanisms (a form of model mis-specification) produces misleading results, demonstrating the importance of retaining directional information in the construction of physician shared-patient networks. These findings suggest network-based interventions for reducing risky-prescribing.

Fluorescent probes with preferred photophysical properties have attracted considerable attention for their advantages in real-time and accurate detection of signalling molecules in living organisms. Nitric oxide (NO) is a ubiquitous cellular messenger closely associated with many physiological and pathological processes. A NO fluorescent probe, PYSNO, based on the pyridazinone (PY) scaffold with o-phenylenediamine as the receptor and thiophene (S) as the linker has been synthesized. Inspired by the experimental guidance, three other dyes (PYSSNO, PYSONO and PYONO) were theoretically designed by replacing the S linker with thieno[3,2-b]thiophene (SS), thieno[3,2-b]thiophene 1,1-dioxide (SO) and thiophene 1,1-dioxide (O) groups. The photophysical properties were theoretically investigated in aqueous solution, by the combined time-dependent density functional theory, polarizable continuum model and thermal vibration correlation function approaches. Our results indicate that the emission wavelengths of all the designed dyes show red shifts due to either an increase in the conjugation length or electron-accepting ability of the linkers compared to PYSNO. The photoinduced electron transfer (PET) processes are all absent in these systems. PYSSNO and PYSONO are theoretically expected to be promising candidates for novel NO fluorescent probes, but the suitability of PYONO as a NO probe is compromised by the predicted non-luminescent emission before and after reaction with NO. Our study not only offers valuable insights into the detailed structure-property relationships, but also opens a new avenue for the rational design of efficient fluorescent sensors for NO detection.

BACKGROUND: Hainan Island and the Leizhou Peninsula, the southernmost part of mainland China, are areas where Aedes aegypti and Ae. albopictus are sympatric and are also high-incidence areas of dengue outbreaks in China. Many studies have suggested that Aedes endogenous viral components (EVEs) are enriched in piRNA clusters which can silence incoming viral genomes. Investigation the EVEs present in the piRNA clusters associated with viral infection of Aedes mosquitoes in these regions may provide a theoretical basis for novel transmission-blocking vector control strategies. METHODS: In this study, specific primers for endogenous Flaviviridae elements (EFVEs) and endogenous Rhabdoviridae elements (ERVEs) were used to detect the distribution of Zika virus infection associated EVEs in the genomes of individuals of the two Aedes mosquitoes. Genetic diversity of EVEs with a high detection rate was also analyzed. RESULTS: The results showed that many EVEs associated with Zika virus infection were detected in both Aedes species, with the detection rates were 47.68% to 100% in Ae. aegypti and 36.15% to 92.31% in sympatric Ae. albopictus populations. EVEs detection rates in another 17 Ae. albopictus populations ranged from 29.39% to 89.85%. Genetic diversity analyses of the four EVEs (AaFlavi53, AaRha61, AaRha91 and AaRha100) of Ae. aegypti showed that each had high haplotype diversity and low nucleotide diversity. The number of haplotypes in AaFlavi53 was 8, with the dominant haplotype being Hap_1 and the other 7 haplotypes being further mutated from Hap_1 in a lineage direction. In contrast, the haplotype diversity of the other three ERVEs (AaRha61, AaRha91 and AaRha100) was more diverse and richer, with the haplotype numbers were 9, 15 and 19 respectively. In addition, these EVEs all showed inconsistent patterns of both population differentiation and dispersal compared to neutral evolutionary genes such as the Mitochondrial COI gene. CONCLUSION: The EFVEs and ERVEs tested were present at high frequencies in the field Aedes mosquito populations. The haplotype diversity of the EFVE AaFlavi53 was relatively lower and the three ERVEs (AaRha61, AaRha91, AaRha100) were higher. None of the four EVEs could be indicative of the genetic diversity of the Ae. aegypti population. This study provided theoretical support for the use of EVEs to block arbovirus transmission, but further research is needed into the mechanisms by which these EVEs are antiviral to Aedes mosquitoes.

Employing the Complex Adaptive System (CAS) framework, we analyzed the evolution of digitally transformed financial networks, underscoring the pivotal role of adaptation and learning among network participants. Government funds supporting banks and platforms in digital transformation prove more effective than direct subsidies to SMEs. Achieving sustainable development requires an optimal balance between investment and efficiency due to the impact of digitalization costs on constructing digital financial networks. The study advocates for a long-term microcredit financing mode tailored to SMEs, aiding them in maintaining financial stability. Additionally, intermediary nodes within the network, such as credit rating companies, can facilitate information sharing, thereby fostering the growth of digital financial networks. This heightened information sharing enhances the payoff for each subject and reduces financing constraints. Furthermore, the study establishes that digital financial networks can alleviate the repercussions of unforeseen events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, empirical analysis of the Beijing University Inclusive Finance Index data and financial records of Chinese SMEs listed on the New Third Board from 2016 to 2018 confirms that digital finance can alleviate the financing constraints of SMEs. In summary, the progression of digital financial networks is intricate, necessitating a thorough comprehension of diverse factors. The government is encouraged to guide the enhancement of relevant systems and regulations, bolstering supervision, and facilitating the high-quality development of digital finance networks.

Mycobacterium chelonae and Sporothrix globosa, both of which are opportunistic pathogens, have been proved to be possible multidrug resistant. However, are all recurring symptoms in chronic infections related to decreasing susceptibility? Here we report a case of sporotrichosis secondary to M. chelonae infection. In addition, we find that the blackish-red spots under the dermoscopic view can be employed as a signal for the early identification and regression of subcutaneous fungal infection.

Bamboo, as a renewable bioresource, exhibits advantages of fast growth cycle and high strength. Bamboo-based composite materials are a promising alternative to load-bearing structural materials. It is urgent to develop high-performance glued-bamboo composite materials. This study focused on the chemical bonding interface to achieve high bonding strength and water resistance between bamboo and dialdehyde cellulose-polyamine (DAC-PA4N) adhesive by activating the bamboo surface. The bamboo surface was initially modified in a directional manner to create an epoxy-bamboo interface using GPTES. The epoxy groups on the interface were then chemically crosslinked with the amino groups of the DAC-PA4N adhesive, forming covalent bonds within the adhesive layer. The results demonstrated that the hot water strength of the modified bamboo was improved by 75.8 % (from 5.17 to 9.09 MPa), and the boiling water strength was enhanced by 232 % (from 2.10 to 6.99 MPa). The bonding and flexural properties of this work are comparable to those of commercial phenolic resin. The activation modification of the bamboo surface offers a novel approach to the development of low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and sustainable bamboo engineering composites.

An infantile hemangioma is a congenital benign tumor formed by the proliferation of vascular cells during the embryonic stage. It is more common in the skin but can also occur in the mucous membranes, liver, brain and muscle. Hepatic hemangioma appears to be a benign tumor; however, it may lead to poor outcomes because of severe complications, such as high-output cardiac failure. The main treatment of hepatic hemangioma in infants is oral drugs, such as propranolol and glucocorticoids, but the clinical response is not always satisfactory. We describe a rare case of a 2-month-old boy who presented with infantile cutaneous and hepatic hemangiomas. By using dermoscopy and observations of the abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, after 9 months of oral treatment with itraconazole solution, the infantile cutaneous hemangioma complicated with hepatic hemangioma was eventually cured. There was no liver or kidney function damage during the whole treatment period. Itraconazole oral solution for the treatment of infantile cutaneous hemangioma complicated with hepatic hemangioma showed good efficacy, compliance, and safety in this case.

Social network analysis and shared-patient physician networks have become effective ways of studying physician collaborations. Assortative mixing or "homophily" is the network phenomenon whereby the propensity for similar individuals to form ties is greater than for dissimilar individuals. Motivated by the public health concern of risky-prescribing among older patients in the United States, we develop network models and tests involving novel network measures to study whether there is evidence of geographic homophily in prescribing and deprescribing in the specific shared-patient network of physicians linked to the US state of Ohio in 2014. Evidence of homophily in risky-prescribing would imply that prescribing behaviors help shape physician networks and could inform interventions to reduce risky-prescribing (e.g., should interventions target groups of physicians or select physicians at random). Furthermore, if such effects varied depending on the structural features of a physician's position in the network (e.g., by whether or not they are involved in cliques - groups of actors that are fully connected to each other - such as closed triangles in the case of three actors), this would further strengthen the case for targeting of select physicians for interventions. Using accompanying Medicare Part D data, we converted patient longitudinal prescription receipts into novel measures of the intensity of each physician's risky-prescribing. Exponential random graph models were used to simultaneously estimate the importance of homophily in prescribing and deprescribing in the network beyond the characteristics of physician specialty (or other metadata) and network-derived features. In addition, novel network measures were introduced to allow homophily to be characterized in relation to specific triadic (three-actor) structural configurations in the network with associated non-parametric randomization tests to evaluate their statistical significance in the network against the null hypothesis of no such phenomena. We found physician homophily in prescribing and deprescribing in both the state-wide and multiple HRR sub-networks, and that the level of homophily varied across HRRs. We also found that physicians exhibited within-triad homophily in risky-prescribing, with the prevalence of homophilic triads significantly higher than expected by chance absent homophily. These results may explain why communities of prescribers emerge and evolve, helping to justify group-level prescriber interventions. The methodology could be applied to arbitrary shared-patient networks and even more generally to other kinds of network data that underlies other kinds of social phenomena.

How to efficiently produce high performance plywood is of particular interest, while its sensitivity to moisture is overcome. This paper presents a simple and scalable strategy for the preparation of high-performance plywood based on the chemical bonding theory; a wood interfacial functionalized platform (WIFP) based on (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES) was established. Interestingly, the APTES-enhanced dialdehyde cellulose-based adhesive (DAC-APTES) was able to effectively establish chemically active adhesive interfaces; the dry/wet shear strength of WIFP/DAC-APTES adhesive was 3.15/1.31 MPa, which was much higher than 0.7 MPa (GB/T 9846-2015). The prepared plywood showed excellent wood-polymer interface adhesion, which exceeded the force that the wood itself could withstand. In addition, the DAC-APTES adhesive exhibits moisture evaporation-induced curing behavior at room temperature and can easily support the weight of an adult weighing 65.7 Kg. This research provides a novel approach for functionalized interface design of wood products, an effective means to prepare high-performance plywood.

The World Health Organization recommends breastfeeding for 6 months, but mastitis, a common disease during lactation, presents a major obstacle to fulfilling this recommendation. Maternal nutrient intake during lactation has been shown to be related to mastitis. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the effect of hesperetin, a phytonutrient, on mastitis. The oral administration of hesperetin to lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced mastitis mice alleviated their pathological damage, reduced the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and maintained the integrity of their blood-milk barrier. Moreover, our results showed that oral administration of hesperetin regulates the composition of the intestinal flora of mice. Fecal microbial transplantation (FMT) from the mice of hesperetin group alleviated LPS-induced mastitis in recipient mice. In additional, hesperetin attenuated the inflammatory response and increased the expression of tight junction proteins (TJs) in LPS-stimulated mouse mammary epithelial cells (mMECs). Through network pharmacological analysis and further research, we demonstrated hesperetin inhibits the expression of TLR4 and the activation of NF-κB signaling. In conclusion, hesperetin protects the blood-milk barrier and improve mastitis by regulating intestinal flora and inhibiting the activation of TLR4/NF-κB signaling axis. This study provides a theoretical basis for lactating females to consume hesperetin as a supplement to prevent mastitis and maintain mammary health.

Polysaccharide-based adhesives, especially chitosan (CS)-derived adhesives, serve as promising sustainable alternatives to traditional adhesives. However, most demonstrate a poor adhesive strength. Inspired by the inherent layered structure of marine arthropods (lobsters), a core-shell structure (SiO2-NH2@OPG) with amine-functionalized silica (SiO2-NH2) as the core and oxidized pyrogallol (OPG) as the shell is prepared in this study. The compound is blended with CS to produce a structural biomimetic wood adhesive (SiO2-NH2@OPG/CS) with excellent performance. In addition to thermocompressive curing, this adhesive exhibits a water-evaporation-induced curing behavior at room temperature. With reference to the design mechanism of the lobster cuticle, this microphase-separated structure consists of clustered nanofibers with varying amounts of SiO2-NH2@OPG particles between the fibers. This intriguing microphase structure and its mechanical effects could offer a powerful solution for improving the functional modification of wood composites.

OBJECTIVE: Endometrioid ovarian cancer (EnOC) accounts for approximately 10%-15% of epithelial ovarian cancer cases. There are no effective tools for predicting the prognosis of EnOC in clinical work. The aim of this study was to construct and validate a nomogram to predict overall survival and cancer-specific survival (CSS) in patients with EnOC. METHODS: Data regarding patients diagnosed with primary EnOC between 2004 and 2019 were obtained from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. LASSO Cox regression and Cox regression analyses were performed to screen for prognostic factors, which were used to construct nomograms. In addition, we performed subgroup analyses of the prognostic value of chemotherapy and lymph node surgery. RESULTS: In total, 3957 patients with primary EnOC were included in the analysis: 2770 in a training cohort and 1187 in a validation cohort. Age, stage, grade, lymph node surgery, and race were significantly and independently correlated with overall survival and CSS. Nomograms were constructed to predict 3- and 5-year overall survival and CSS. Nomograms have good predictive ability and clinical practicability. Subgroup analysis showed that lymph node surgery improved the prognosis of patients with EnOC (P < 0.05) except for patients with grade III-IV and Stage I disease (overall survival P = 0.272, CSS P = 0.624). Chemotherapy did not improve survival time in most patients (P > 0.05) except for patients with grade I-II and Stage II-IV disease (overall survival P = 0.008, CSS P = 0.046). CONCLUSION: We constructed predictive nomograms and a risk classification system to evaluate overall survival and CSS in EnOC patients. For most patients with EnOC, chemotherapy did not improve the prognosis. In contrast to chemotherapy, lymph node surgery improved prognosis in most patients with EnOC.

BACKGROUND: Aedes albopictus is an important vector of arboviral diseases, transmitting yellow fever, dengue fever, chikungunya and Zika. Monitoring its population genetic diversity and genetic differentiation has become essential for the control of infectious disease epidemics, especially in the functional areas of ports of entry. Population genetic monitoring of Ae. albopictus in the port area can help in the monitoring of port mosquito invasions and establishing port sanitary and quarantine measures to prevent the introduction and transmission of vector-borne diseases. METHODS: Seventeen populations of Ae. albopictus were collected from five port cities on Hainan Island and the Leizhou Peninsula, 8 populations were collected from port areas, 4 from urban areas and 5 from rural areas. Nine microsatellite loci and the mitochondrial COI gene were used to study the population genetic diversity, population genetic structure and interpopulation gene flow of Ae. albopictus. RESULTS: The nine microsatellite loci used were highly polymorphic, with an average PIC value of 0.768. The UPGMA genetic tree, STRUCTURE barplot and PCoA analyses showed that the 17 Ae. albopictus populations could be divided into three genetic groups. All 17 populations showed high haplotype diversity (Hd = 0.8069-0.9678) and formed 133 distinct haplotypes. These haplotypes can be divided into four genetic clades, but they are not associated with the geographical distribution of Ae. albopictus. Fst and Nm showed strong gene flow and little differentiation among populations. CONCLUSION: Ae. albopictus in port areas are not significantly different from urban and rural populations due to strong gene flow, which prevents differentiation and increases the genetic diversity of the populations. High genetic diversity facilitates mosquito adaptation to complex environmental changes, which is a challenge for vector-borne disease control in port areas.

Detection of toxic hydrazine and harmful strong acidity is of great importance for survival of organisms. In the present paper, a new thiomorpholine substituted malonyl-coumarin dye was synthesized for discriminative detection of hydrazine and strong acidity. At pH 7.4, the fluorescence at 560 nm decreased and that at 496 nm increased upon reaction with hydrazine, which was used for on-site detection of hydrazine vapor and endogenous hydrazine in live cells. From pH 2.0 to 1.2, the fluorescence at 563 nm increased greatly, which could be ascribed to the PET process from thiomorpholine to malonyl-coumarin. The probe was desirable for discriminative detection of toxic hydrazine and strong acidity.

Background: Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus are important vectors of human arboviruses, transmitting arboviral diseases such as yellow fever, dengue, chikungunya and Zika. These two mosquitoes coexist on Hainan Island and the Leizhou Peninsula in China. Over the past 40 years, the distribution of Ae. albopictus has gradually expanded in these areas, while the distribution of Ae. aegypti has declined dramatically mainly due to the ecological changes and some other factors such as heavy use of insecticide indoor based on endophagic bloodfeeding of the species. Methods: This study focused on the knockdown resistance (kdr) genes of both mosquitoes, investigated their mutations, and analyzed their haplotype and evolutionary diversity combined with population genetic features based on the ND4/ND5 genes to further elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the development of insecticide resistance in both mosquitoes. Results: Three mutations, S989P, V1016G and F1534C, were found to be present in Ae. aegypti populations, and the three mutations occurred synergistically. Multiple mutation types (F1534C/S/L/W) of the F1534 locus are found in Ae. albopictus populations, with the three common mutations F1534C, F1534S and F1534L all having multiple independent origins. The F1534W (TTC/TGG) mutation is thought to have evolved from the F1534L (TTC/TTG) mutation. The F1534S (TTC/TCG) mutation has evolved from the F1534S (TTC/TCC) mutation. The most common form of mutation at the F1534 locus found in this study was S1534C, accounting for 20.97%, which may have evolved from the F1534C mutation. In addition, a new non-synonymous mutation M1524I and 28 synonymous mutations were identified in Ae. albopictus populations. Correlation analysis showed that the genetic diversity of Ae. aegypti and Ae. albopictus populations did not correlate with their kdr haplotype diversity (P>0.05), but strong gene flow between populations may have contributed to the evolution of the kdr gene. Conclusion: The study of kdr gene evolution in the two mosquito species may help to identify the evolutionary trend of insecticide resistance at an early stage and provide a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of biological vector control and subsequent research into new insecticides.

Herein, a high-performance sucrose-tannin bio-based adhesive is developed based on consisting of oxidized sucrose (OS), tannin acid (TA), SiO2 nanoparticles and 2,2'-disulfanediylbis (ethan-1-amine) (DBA) by a facile chemical cross-linking strategy. The OS-TA and OS-TA@SiO2 bio-based adhesives are characterized by XPS, FTIR, and 13C NMR, while the bonding performance is also investigated using shear strength test. Results show that the optimal formulation of OS-TA bio-based adhesive is a 2:1:1 mass ratio for OS: TA: DBA. When the mass fraction of SiO2 is 15 % and the solid content of main components is 50 %, the OS-TA@SiO2 bio-based adhesive has excellent bonding strength. Relative to OS-TA, the wet bonding strength of the OS-TA@SiO2 enhanced from 1.16 MPa to 1.85 MPa, while the dry bonding strength improved from 1.90 MPa to 2.50 MPa. The wood failure rate of the plywood fabricated by using the OS-TA@SiO2 bio-based adhesive reaches 80 %. Therefore, relying on the high flexibility of dynamic disulfide bonds, adding SiO2 nanoparticles into the adhesive system can facilitate greatly the mechanical interlocking effect and make the chemical cross-linking network more compact through the synergistic chemical interactions. This work provides new insights into producing green and renewable bio-based wood adhesives using sucrose and tannin.

BACKGROUND: Aedes aegypti and Ae. albopictus are important human arbovirus vectors that can spread arboviral diseases such as yellow fever, dengue, chikungunya and Zika. These two mosquito species coexist on Hainan Island and the Leizhou Peninsula in China. Over the past 40 years, the distribution of Ae. albopictus in these areas has gradually expanded, while Ae. aegypti has declined sharply. Monitoring their genetic diversity and diffusion could help to explain the genetic influence behind this phenomenon and became key to controlling the epidemic of arboviruses. METHODS: To better understand the genetic diversity and differentiation of these two mosquitoes, the possible cohabiting areas on Hainan Island and the Leizhou Peninsula were searched between July and October 2021, and five populations were collected. Respectively nine and 11 microsatellite loci were used for population genetic analysis of Ae. aegypti and Ae. albopictus. In addition, the mitochondrial coxI gene was also selected for analysis of both mosquito species. RESULTS: The results showed that the mean diversity index (PIC and SI values) of Ae. albopictus (mean PIC = 0.754 and SI = 1.698) was higher than that of Ae. aegypti (mean PIC = 0.624 and SI = 1.264). The same results were also observed for the coxI gene: the genetic diversity of all populations of Ae. albopictus was higher than that of Ae. aegypti (total H = 45 and Hd = 0.89958 vs. total H = 23 and Hd = 0.76495, respectively). UPGMA dendrogram, DAPC and STRUCTURE analyses showed that Ae. aegypti populations were divided into three clusters and Ae. albopictus populations into two. The Mantel test indicated a significant positive correlation between genetic distance and geographic distance for the Ae. aegypti populations (R2 = 0.0611, P = 0.001), but the correlation was not significant for Ae. albopictus populations (R2 = 0.0011, P = 0.250). CONCLUSIONS: The population genetic diversity of Ae. albopictus in Hainan Island and the Leizhou Peninsula was higher than that of Ae. aegypti. In terms of future vector control, the most important and effective measure was to control the spread of Ae. albopictus and monitor the population genetic dynamics of Ae. aegypti on Hainan Island and the Leizhou Peninsula, which could theoretically support the further elimination of Ae. aegypti in China.

Background: The implementation of the Millennium Forestry Plan was accompanied by growth discomfort exhibiting varying degrees of symptoms in some coniferous forests after the rainy season. Hypothesis: High soil water content affects the underground root growth and distribution characteristics of conifers, and the above-ground parts show corresponding variability. To determine the factors contributing to the significant growth disparities among the three conifers in Xiong'an New Area after the rainy season, we conducted a study investigating the growth characteristics of conifers. This study involved analyzing the external morphology of the plants, assessing leaf pigment content, measuring the root morphological index and root vigor, as well as respiratory characteristics, to evaluate the growth attributes of their root systems in a high soil moisture environment. Methods: In the "Millennium Forest" area of Xiong'an New Area, we selected three coniferous trees, Pinus tabuliformis, Pinus bungeana and Pinus armandii, and set up three standard sample plots for each conifer. The conifers were classified into 3 levels according to their growth performance (vigorous or suppressed), leaf condition (color change, wilting or not) and relevant grading criteria. Results: (1) The growth of the three conifers displayed discernible differences in external morphology. Moreover, a decrease in growth condition corresponded to a reduction in crown size, ground diameter, diameter at breast height, leaf length, and new growths. (2) The root biomass, length, surface area, and root volume of conifers growing N class were significantly reduced than those of L class conifers. Conifers with a higher proportion of root systems in the 40-60 cm soil layer experienced more severe stress. (3) The significant decline in root respiration and vigor among all three conifer growth classes (M and N) suggested that the root system was undergoing anoxic stress, particularly at a soil depth of 40-60 cm where root respiration and vigor were notably reduced. (4) The persistent anoxic stress created by long-term exposure to high soil moisture content primarily impacted P. armandii to a greater extent than P. tabuliformis and P. bungeana. Additionally, the transporting and absorbing root ratios varied among conifers with differing growth conditions. The long-term high moisture environment also caused partial death of absorbing roots, which played a key role in the observed differences in growth. (5) As the soil depth increases, the soil water content increases accordingly. Plants with more root distribution in the deeper soil layers grow worse than those distributed in the top soil layers. Soil water content is related to aeration, root distribution, growth and growth of above-ground parts. The variability of root distribution and growth led to the differentiation of the growth of the above-ground part of the plant in terms of external morphology, which inhibited the overall plant growth. The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation and management of three conifers in high soil moisture environments.
