RESUMO
Our report refers to 58-year old woman, who after 7 years of asthma developed multi system symptoms and sings of Churg-Strauss syndrome; these are polyneuropathy, skin lesions, hypereosinophilia, eosinophilic infiltrates around blood vessels. Biopsy of skin specimen confirmed initial diagnosis and helped with efficient therapy. We consider this report to be important in early diagnosis and proper treatment of Churg-Strauss syndrome.
