RESUMO

A possible neurophysiological mechanism of the therapeutic effect of weak influences was proposed, which is based on the following assumptions: 1. In the organism, there is an autodiagnostic system, which serves for the accumulation and processing of information on the state of the organs to diagnose a desease. 2. The autodiagnostic disease is a recognizing system, i. e., a neuronet, which is constructed and functions according to the paradigms of neurocomputing. 3. Systemic (psychosomatic) diseases appear to result from erroneous diagnosis due to the defects of the autodiagnostic system. The influence of puncture on biologically active points corrects these defects, providing a positive therapeutic effect. A theoretical model for the structure and functioning of the autodiagnostic system is discussed. It is shown that the structure of the model autodiagnostic system coincides with that of Rexede plates forming the gray substance of the spinal cord. The experimental data on Rexede plates and their connections with organs and corresponding biologically active points are discussed. A relationship between the concept of the autodiagnostic system and the basic principles of alternative eastern medicine is discussed. It is shown that the Chinese model of puncture therapy represents a verbal description of the topological features of the phase space of the mathematical model for the recognizing neuroprocessor.

RESUMO

Vascular diseases of the brain (functional transient and ischemic apoplexy, circulatory encephalopathy) in 79 patients were treated by UHF electromagnetic field of millimetric wave range. 14 patients entered the control group. The treatment results are indicative of clear-cut trend to a decrease of arterial pressure, normalization of blood glucose level, arrest of DIC syndrome development.

RESUMO

The paper is related to studies of the sympathico-adrenal activity, hypophysisadrenal and entero-chromaphine systems in patients with hysterical and phobic neuroses. They detected certain regularities in the initial activities of these systems as well as of their reactivity depending upon the character of the functional symptom, psychological personality traits and cerebral dysfunctions.

RESUMO

Experiments on wakening from "rapid" and "slow" sleep, as well as clinical and epidemiological studies revealed differences in the reports of dreams. These differences were in correlation with the character of cerebral or somatical pathology and with the representativeness of phasic components of "rapid" sleep.

RESUMO

Proceeding from an analysis of haemodynamic shifts in patients with hypertension and primary arterial hypotension, the paper demonstrates their specificity depending on the severity of the vascular syndrome, the form of functional exercise (physical, intellectual, emotional), and the nature of psychological conditioning (psychogeny, personality peculiarities). The obtained data are discussed with regard of the concepts of functional neurology.
