Rieger's anomaly with congenital glaucoma a case presentation of postnatal anterior segment maturation.

We describe an unusual case of Rieger's anomaly with congenital glaucoma in an infant in whom significant maturation of the anterior segment occurred postnatally. Medical treatment of the glaucoma was successful. The control of the glaucoma coincided with the maturation of the angle, suggesting that the two events could be related.
