In experiment on animals, in which the cold trauma was simulated, the systemic inflammatory reactions indiceslevel of Сreactive protein, аctive products of thiobarbituric acid the blood serum, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), leukocyte blood formula (LBF) while injection of placenta extract were studied. Creactive protein level lowering in 1.3 times on the 14th day of experiment, reduction of ESR in 1.6 times on the 7th and 14th day, LBF normalization on the 7th day, lowering of the аctive products of thiobarbituric acid level in 1.3 times on the 7, 9th and 14th day of observation were noted. On the 21st day all the indices came back to norm.

Possibilities of application of preparations, containing biologically active substances (BAS) of fetoplacental origin, in systemic therapy of the wounds, were analyzed. Comparison of morphological characteristics of the cold wounds while application of placental extract (PE) and cryopreserved serum of the cord blood (CPSCB) was done. The pronounced stimulating impact on the wounds healing due to improvement of microcirculation in tissues, bordering upon the cryodestruction zone, the local immune processes stimulation, аctivation of the granulation tissue and epithelial wound defect formation were noted. Therapeutic effect of CPSCB is more significant than that of PE. The data obtained serve as a background for the BAS of fetoplacental origin application in complex treatment of the wounds.

Introduction of a new systems for the vessels stenting into clinical practice demands conduction of preclinical investigations in vivo. The method of vascular stents implantation into abdominal aorta of a rabbit, using peripheral vascular catheter, was presented. Successively were presented surgical aspects of the vessels stenting in experiment, estimation of functional state of the heart and aorta, morphometric indices of the stent in 30 days after operation. Introduction of the method depicted permits to simplify a surgical technique, to minimize the expanses for conduction of interventions on vessels in experiment. The method do not demand application of special endovascular equipment and may be successfully realized in environment of the general surgery operation room for conduction of experimental investigations on the stends.
