[Anaerobic nonclostridial infection of pelvis: classification and its practical application].

Anaerobic nonclostridial infection of pelvis are analysed in 89 patients that were on treatment in the department of festering surgery in 1999-2012 years. Clinical classification of disease is offered and it is applied in practice for dividing of research array into clinically-morphological groups with the aim of the differentiated going near a surgical treatment.

[Bacteriological investigation and treatment strategies of patients with diabetic foot complicated by purulent necrosis]. / Bakteriolohichne doslidzhennia ta taktyka likuvannia khvorykh z diabetychnoiu stopoiu, uskladnenoiu hniino-nekrotychnym urazhenniam.

Results of examination of 48 patients with diabetic foot (DF), in whom bacteriological investigation of tissues was conducted on various distance from inflammatory focus and in the blood serum (in 30 patients), were analyzed. The role of endogenous mechanism of infection and spread of microorganisms far away the purulent focus borders was established. The data obtained are permitting to perform rational treatment of patients with DF.

[Compartment syndrome in patients with diabetic foot syndrome complicated by purulent necrotic lesions]. / Kompartment-sindrom u khvorykh z syndromom diabetychnoï stopy, uskladnenym hniino-nekrotychnym urazhenniam.

Results of treatment of 35 patients with syndrome of diabetic foot (SDF), complicated by purulent-necrotic affection occurrence, were analyzed. Impact of compartment syndrome in this situation was established. The data obtained would promote the improvement of results of treatment in patients with SDF.
