RESUMO

The etiological structure of the acute diarrhoeal infections among the population of the Odessa region during 2015-2017 was analyzed. Based on the registered cases, an assessment of the frequency of hospitalization of sick persons from different age groups was undertaken. The most frequent pathogens from 18 detected bacterial causative agents were St. aureus, Kl. pneumoniae, Ps. aeruginosa, E. coli, Pr. vulgaris, Ent.cloacae. During 2016-2017 the mixed infection was detected in 54 fecal samples. Bacterial-virus associations were detected in 20 samples and were presented in St. aureus, Kl. pneumoniae, Ps. Aeruginosa and Rotavirus. During the summer period of 2016, the detection rate of rota-, noro-, adenovirus antigens in the examined fecal samples of adult patients was 13.60%. According to the results of genotyping of the circulating rotaviruses strains in 2016, strains G1P[8] (46.70%) and G3P[8] (26.70%) are most commonly detected.

RESUMO

We studied the key parameters of the development of prediabetic state in rats maintained on a high-calorie diet. It was found that long-term feeding a high-calorie diet increased blood concentration of glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, and insulin and reduced the rate of glucose uptake in comparison with rats receiving standard ration.

RESUMO

Separate nanoholes with the minimum size down to 35 nm (~λ/15) and nanohole arrays with the hole size about 100 nm (~λ/5) were fabricated in a 50 nm optically "thick" Au/Pd film, using single 532 nm pump nanosecond laser pulses focused to diffraction-limited spots by a specially designed apertureless dielectric fiber probe. Nanohole fabrication in the metallic film was found to result from lateral heat diffusion and center-symmetrical lateral expulsion of the melt by its vapor recoil pressure. The optimized apertureless dielectric microprobe was demonstrated to enable laser fabrication of deep through nanoholes.

RESUMO

The photosensitive In2O3-p-InSe heterostructures in which the In2O3 frontal layer has a nanostructured surface were investigated. The photoresponse spectra of such heterostructures are found to be essentially dependent on surface topology of the oxide. The obtained results indicate that the In2O3 oxide is not only the active component of the structure but also acts as a diffraction cellular element. The oxide surface topology was investigated by means of the atomic-force microscope technique. It was established that the surface topology is caused by the technological conditions of growing In2O3 oxides. Under different conditions of oxidation the sample surfaces had contained nanoformations preferably in the form of nanoneedles. Their location has both a disordered and ordered character. The sizes, form and density of the nanoneedles are different, too. A dimensional optical effect in the oxide was found to be due to the anisotropic light absorption in InSe. The higher deviation of incident light from its normal direction due to a nanostructured surface is the higher variation in the generation of carriers in the semiconductor is. These changes consist in the energy broadening of the heterostructure photoresponse spectrum as well in peculiarities of the excitonic line. The higher density and ordering of the nanoneedles on the oxide surface is the higher long-wave shift and more intensive excitonic peak in spectrum takes place.

RESUMO

Fibrinogen to fibrin conversion and then fibrin clot three-dimensional network formation is one of the final steps in the coagulation system activation. Different factors, such as the environment temperature and pH, ions, so on, render an effect on the fibrin gel formation. Recently, the presence or absences of interface between two phases influence on the fibrin gel structure during its formation have been shown. Studies of fibrin gel structure peculiarities formed at different conditions (between two phases and without one phase) are demonstrated in this article. The plasmin enzymatic hydrolysis of fibrin clots both with surface film and without it was investigated. Experimental data allow to make a conclusion that the fibrin clot structure changes depend on its essential influence on the plasmin hydrolysis process of these clots.

RESUMO

Transformation of fibrinogen into fibrin with consequent formation of the fibrin clot trimeric structure is one of the final steps in the blood coagulation system. The plasminogen activation by the tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) is one of the fibrinolysis system key reactions. The effect of different factors on transformation of plasminogen into plasmin is capable to change essentially the equilibrium between coagulation and fibrinolytic sections of haemostasis system. We have studied the plasminogen activation by tissue plasminogen activator on fibrin clots surface formed on the interface between two phases and in presence of one phase. The t-PA plasminogen activation rate on fibrin clots both with film and without it the latter has been analyzed. These data allow to assume that the changes of fibrin clot structure depend on its formations, as well as are capable to influence essentially on plasminogen activation process by means of its tissue activating agent.

RESUMO

Electric and dynamic properties of intracardiac blood are not taken into account considering questions of surface electrocardiogram genesis. Therefore assumptions of the lack of electric processes reflecting on the body surface are made. However in 7 male patients (mean age 38 +/- 2) suffering from aortic insufficiency by means of signal-averaged body surface mapping in diastole low amplitude negative potentials in regard to central terminal of Wilson are discovered. The potentials localize in the left anterior thoracic region, the amplitude of minimum varies in relation to the patient's clinical status and equals to hundreds of microvolts. As the phenomenon is sufficiently remote from the moment of the possible U wave appearance and precedes for tens of milliseconds to the beginning of atrial depolarization we suggested that it is caused exclusively by hemodynamic factors. For the experimental proof of the hypothesis the potentials difference between parts of aqueous 0.9% sodium chloride solution on the moment of flow generation within it are detected by means of differential amplifier with input impedance of 1 G omega to constant current. The registered signal has the form of a decremental harmonic oscillation. The mathematical model of the process in the form of differential equation connecting the volume density of charges in the electrolyte, its viscosity and the acceleration of the flow within the electrolyte has been constructed. Thus, the intracavitary blood as an electrolyte with different ions movability which moves with acceleration possesses the electrogenic properties and their contribution must be taken into account in the consideration of mechanisms of the surface electrocardiogram generation.
