RESUMO
Graft-versus-host disease is an immunological complication after allogeneic stem cell transplantation that is known to affect internal organs and smaller vessels of the body. We report a peripheral stem cell recipient who developed a generalised large vessel disease. We suggest that this patient suffered from large vessel vasculitis caused by chronic graft-versus-host disease.
