RESUMO
We describe a case of acute myocardial infarction related to a cerebellar hemorrhage. The infarction occurred just before the neurosurgical operation of ventricular drainage and was successfully treated by primary coronary angioplasty, with the implantation of coated stents and low doses of glycoprotein (GP) IIb/IIIa inhibitors. The patient recovered well from both interventions and the 6-month follow-up angiography showed a good result.
