RESUMO

Introduction: Emergency medical rescue plays a vital role in alleviating the harm of all kinds of emergencies to people's physical and mental health and life safety. The current emergency medical teams (EMTs) formation model is not unified. We focused on the disadvantages of the bricolage mode of China EMTs and put forward empirical-based countermeasures to improve the emergency management ability of EMTs. Methods: From March to September 2022, 23 leaders of EMTs in North China (Tianjin) were selected by objective sampling method to conduct one-to-half structured in-depth interviews. Nvivo12.0 software was used for three-level coding. The disadvantages of the bricolage model of EMT were analyzed. Results: Based on the three-level coding, 150 initial concepts, 36 sub-coding, 17 main coding, six categories, and two core categories were sorted out. Management structure, internal stability, and support are recognized as the crucial elements armed with the EMTs. Discussion: The bricolage EMTs have disadvantages such as a chaotic management structure, weak internal stability, and inadequate support. It is necessary to construct full-time EMTs that incorporate a standardized personnel admission mechanism, full-time training and exercise mechanism, diversified incentive mechanism, and multi-agent cooperation mechanism, etc.

RESUMO

The present study aimed to investigate the biomechanical and histomorphological features of mandibles in an adenine-induced chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder (CKD-MBD) rat model of CKD. A total of 14 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into the following two groups: control group and CKD group. At the end of the sixth week, all rats were euthanized, and serum was collected for biochemical marker tests. Macroscopic bone growth and biomechanical parameters were measured in the right hemimandible, while the left hemimandible was used for bone histomorphometric analysis. Compared to the control group, the CKD group showed a significant increase in serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and serum parathyroid hormone at the end of the sixth week. The biomechanical structural properties significantly decreased in the CKD group compared to the control group. Bone histomorphometric analysis indicated that the trabecular bone volume of rats in the CKD group was significantly lower than that of the control group. In the CKD groups, the bone formation parameters of the trabecular bone were significantly increased, while the bone mineralization apposition rates of both the trabecular bone and periosteal cortical bone were significantly increased. The rat CKD model showed deteriorated structural mechanics, low trabecular bone volume, high trabecular bone formation, increased trabecular bone mineralization apposition rate, and increased cortical bone mineralization apposition rate, which met the characteristics of osteitis fibrosa, indicating that this model is a useful tool for the study of mandible diseases in CKD patients.

RESUMO

The design of physical education (PE) lessons is an ongoing research project that encompasses elements such as teaching ideas, teaching objectives and teaching methods. Music is regarded as the pinnacle form of beauty and combining it with PE not only improves the effectiveness of PE lessons, but also increases the artistry of PE lessons. The purpose of this study is to examine the combination of music and cycling lessons in order to determine the effectiveness of cycling lessons in a musical environment. For study one, 95 undergraduate students were randomly selected to participate in the experiment in two conditions (M age = 20.00 years, SD = 1.00 years): (1) with music, (2) without music. For study two, 10 students were randomly selected to cycle in three study conditions: (1) synchronous music, (2) asynchronous fast music and (3) asynchronous slow music. Heart rate (HR), rating of perceived exertion (RPE), Exercise-Induced Feeling Inventory (EFI) and sport performance were measured. There were significant differences in HR, RPE, EFI and exercise performance between the two conditions with and without music, and the group with music performed higher than the group without music. In study two, ratings of perceived exertion were significantly lower for the synchronous music condition at 25, 30 min of the steady state portion of the cycling trials. No significant difference between conditions were found in HR, EFI and sport performance. An innovative fundamental model for teaching physical education courses in a musical environment was developed, including five sections: (1) selection of teaching mode, (2) setting of teaching objectives, (3) teaching process and content arrangement, (4) teaching evaluation and (5) precautions. With the addition of a musical environment, sport performance can be enhanced by triggering students' emotions and cognition.

RESUMO

Since December 2019, several new infectious diseases, mainly lung diseases caused by novel coronavirus infections, have been discovered in Wuhan, Hubei Province. With the spread of the epidemic, cases in other regions of China and abroad have been confirmed. This sudden outbreak of a new type of infectious disease has seriously threatened people's health and safety, and China has adopted strong prevention and control measures in response. To provide a reference for international health emergency management workers, this article summarizes, from an academic perspective, the main prevention and control measures taken in China.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To understand the structure characteristics of hypopus of Caloglyphus berlesei. METHODS: The hypopus of C. berlesei was collected from the feed of Chinese Polyphaga, and was made into the conventional glass specimens. The structure characteristics of hypopus of C. berlesei were observed by an optical microscope. RESULTS: The hypopus of C. berlesei had 4 pairs of legs, and the foot claws and tarsus were well-developed. The structural features were shown, such as the setae of tibia and setae of genu. Genital plates were obviously ossified. CONCLUSION: The research on hypopus of Caloglyphus berlesei provides the reference for its further scientific classification and research on the life cycle.
