RESUMO

The information collected through multi-environment testing of wheat genotypes not only provides basis to identify promising genotypes but also to ascertain their yield potential and the genetic gains. For this purpose, in the presented study, the data originated from the Yunnan provincial Regional Yield Trials (RYT) conducted during 2006 and 2018 was used. During this period, 107 genotypes were evaluated at 18 locations under Upland Wheat (UW) management scheme, while 116 genotypes were evaluated at 21 locations under Field Wheat (FW) management scheme. By adopting standard statistical approaches and through repeated elimination procedures, 7 genotypes emerged as promising for UW and 11 for FW cultivation. These genotypes have genetic variance >1 and 44/33% higher average yield than that of UW/FW genotypes. Most of these promising genotypes were tested during 2016 and 2018 cropping seasons. This indicated a good genetic gain of around 0.7 t/ha in recent years from that of base year. These genotypes, however, needs to be further evaluated in diverse environments suitable for spring type wheat cultivation to ascertain the extent of their interaction with wider environmental conditions and possibility of using in local breeding programs of those target environments.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of liposarcoma of the extremities. Methods:Fourteen patients with atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma (ALT/WDL), dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDL) and myxoid liposarcoma (ML) in Beijing Tiantan Hospital of Capital Medical University from March 2002 to December 2019 were collected. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the MDM2 gene amplification and expressions of S-100, CDK4 and MDM2 proteins in tumor tissues. The characteristics of different types of liposarcoma were comprehensively analyzed combined with clinical data and histopathological characteristics. Results:The age of 14 patients was (55.6±16.7) years old, with 10 males and 4 females. There were 2 cases of ALT/WDL, 6 cases of DDL, and 6 cases of ML. Immunohistochemistry showed that S-100 was positive in all patients and the patterns were scattered, partial and extensive. CDK4 and MDM2 were positive in both ALT/WDL and DDL, and weakly expressed in ML (4 cases). Vimentin was positive in all patients. MDM2 gene amplification was detected in 2 cases of ALT/WDL and 6 cases of DDL.Conclusion:Liposarcoma has a high incidence and obvious morphological diversity, accurate diagnosis is critical to the prognosis and treatment of the tumor.

RESUMO

Objective@#To investigate the correlation between blood glucose and aneurysm rupture, and analyze the correlation factors of aneurysm rupture.@*Methods@#The clinical data of 128 patients with intracranial aneurysms in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2017 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, intracranial aneurysm rupture was in 85 cases (rupture group), and unruptured was in 43 cases (unruptured group). The patient′s clinical features and aneurysm morphological features were recorded.@*Results@#The blood glucose, daughter sac rate and regularity of morphology rate in ruptured group were significantly higher than those in unruptured group: (6.74 ± 2.61) mmol/L vs. (5.77 ± 2.11) mmol/L, 60.00% (51/85) vs. 11.63% (5/43), and 68.24% (58/85) vs. 30.23% (13/43), the aneurysm width was significantly smaller than that in unruptured group: (4.53 ± 2.25) mm vs. (5.67 ± 2.68) mm, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05 or <0.01). There were no statistical difference in gender, age, blood pressure, diabetes, hypertension, smoking history, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, aneurysm length, aneurysm neck, aneurysm length ratio to neck between 2 groups (P>0.05). Univariate Logistic regression analysis result showed that blood glucose, aneurysm width, daughter ascus and irregular shape were the risk factors of rupture of aneurysm (P<0.05 or <0.01). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis result showed that blood glucose, aneurysm width, daughter sac and irregular shape were the independent risk factors of rupture of aneurysm (OR = 1.364, 0.709, 9.441 and 3.935; 95% CI 1.073 to 1.734, 0.565 to 0.889, 2.879 to 30.963 and 1.330 to 11.646; P = 0.011, 0.003, 0.000 and 0.013). The patients were grouped again according to the aneurysm width, and univariate Logistic regression analysis result showed that aneurysm width ≤ 3 mm was the risk factors of rupture of aneurysm (OR = 0.294, 95% CI 0.094 to 0.916, P = 0.035).@*Conclusions@#Irregular shape and daughter sac of aneurysm are the independent risk factors of aneurysm rupture, but aneurysm rupture has nothing to do with recent blood sugar levels.
