RESUMO

The interior reconstruction of completely truncated projection data is a frontier research hotspot in cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) application. It is difficult to find a method with acceptable accuracy and high efficiency to solve it. Based on the simplified algebraic reconstruction technique (S-ART) algorithm and the filtered back projection (FBP) algorithm with the new filter, an efficient and feasible interior reconstruction algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm uses the S-ART algorithm to quickly recover the complete projection data and then uses the new ramp filter which can suppress the high-frequency noise in the projection data to filter the recovered complete projection data. Finally, the interior reconstructed images are obtained by back projection. The computational complexity of the proposed algorithm is close to that of the FBP algorithm for the reconstruction of the whole object, and the reconstructed image quality is acceptable, which provides an effective method for interior reconstruction in CBCT. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.

RESUMO

In recent years, a growing number of studies have shown that non-coding RNA plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of epilepsy, and is involved in neuroinflammation, cell apoptosis, synaptic remodeling and cell differentiation in epilepsy. This review focused on the recent research progress in the relationship between microRNA, long-nocoding RNA and circular RNA with epilepsy.

RESUMO

@#ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of endovascular stent with or without coil graft on intracranial wide-necked aneurysms. Methods12 cases with intracranial wide-necked aneurysms, among whom, 10 cases were treated with stents and coils, 2 C4 aneurysms were treated with graft stent, were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsOf the 10 cases who were treated with stents and coils, 8 patients were completely occluded and other 2 patients were incompletely (>95%) occluded. 2 cases accepted graft stent were obliterated. Follow-up with angiography in 10 patients for 3~12 months revealed that all the aneurysms were completely occluded. 1 patient among them died. ConclusionEndovascular stent with or without coil graft is effective on intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.
