RESUMO

The article gives a systemic overview of data on biomechanical human skin status studied in vivo and in samples, on conformational reconstruction of collagen fascicles, and modification of the collagen ligature of derma at dilatation of induviate tissues, as well as results of own research of a limb derma dilatation function, the limb being under form and size modeling with the Ilizarov apparatus.

The experiment in 23 adult dogs was based on the study of volumetric blood flow velocity in the superficial femoral artery and femoral vein, pulse changes in blood filling of the m. gastrocnemius in the conditions of tibial lengthening to 17.5-23% from the initial length. Complex changes in the blood flow parameters were revealed after surgical intervention and within 7 distraction days. When the distraction ended, the volumetric blood flow velocity in the femoral artery was reduced by 19% and the blood flow out of the vessel was improved by 17%. When fixation was over, the volumetric blood flow velocity in the vessel increased by 37% and the improved outflow preserved. At each experimental stage, there was an increased volumetric blood flow velocity in the femoral vein as compared to its value in the control group, its correspondence to the superficial femoral artery as well as similar dynamics in blood flow changes in the femoral vessels and m. gastrocnemius. The findings show that the vascular system of bone regeneration provides accelerated arterial blood transportation into the venous system during organotypical bone area formation.

RESUMO

The method of transcutaneous determination of oxygen and carbon dioxide tension was used in examinations of healthy men (26 extremities) and 66 patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower extremity arteries with different stages of the insufficient peripheral blood circulation. It was shown that oxygen tension in the foot skin was decreased in proportion to the decrease of the humero-malleolar index. In patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of the vessels and the II stage of insufficiency of blood circulation of the lower extremity the decrease of the humero-malleolar index and capillary blood flow of the foot skin did not result in a sharp disturbance of the gas regimen of the skin. In the III and IV stages of disturbances of blood circulation there occur failure of compensatory-adaptational mechanisms of tissue respiration accompanied not only by pronounced hypoxia but also by hypercapnia.

In experiments with isolated neurones of molluscan Helix lucorum the effects of low intensity electromagnetic fields (EMF) and endogenous peptides on the transmembrane current dynamics was studied. A certain relationship between peptides and EMF effects was shown. Some features of primary mechanisms of EMF biological action were clarified.

RESUMO

To estimate the influence of preosseous compressive, osteosynthesis after Ilizarov on the intramuscular pressure, it was determined in the dynamics of treatment in 35 patients with fresh fractures and defects of the leg bones. The parameters of the intramuscular pressure failed to achieve the critical levels of closing the arteriolar bed.
