RESUMO
Based on statistical peculiarities of the existence of two-leveled thermodynamic systems, it was shown that the probability of existence for warm-blooded organisms is determined by body temperature, energy of metabolism, and thermodynamic potentials of critical increase and decrease in the body temperature. It was established that the dynamics of human death rate from the birth to extreme old age is conditioned by age-related changes in the energy of metabolism. It was shown that maintenance of the metabolic level in aging is very important for the life prolongation.

Experience gained so far by cryogenic surgery indicates that the possibilities of cryodestruction of sizable pathological formations are fairly limited. To overcome this barrier, it is necessary to change the status of the tissues, making them more sensitive to cryodestruction. The theoretical investigations suggest that microwave irradiation is one of the factors capable to change the status of tissues and to raise their sensitivity to cold exposure. Experiments made on the liver and muscles from rabbits, dogs and guinea-pigs have demonstrated that preliminary microwave irradiation followed by local freezing promotes the death of tissues 4-6-fold as compared to control.

The use of microwaves for exciting biologically active points permits one to locate release electromagnetic energy in the region of the points. A 2375 field of the intensity that is sufficient for warning the tissues of the biologically active point causes the reflective changes in the somatic and vegetative indices in animals. The changes founded in the experiment are not strong and reversible.

A theoretical model is analysed in which the time of reaching lethal temperature depends on the time of blood circulation. A solution is obtained account taken for border conditions for homoiothermic animals. Results of measuring temperature dynamics of while mice under hypodynamia and microwave irradiation are presented; they are compared with the calculated ones. The studies performed showed principal possibility of applying this theoretical model for the description of microwave heat stress and determination of biophysical thermoregulation constants of the animal population studied.
