RESUMO

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of single-hole closed drainage with double tube in the treatment of subdural hematoma.MethodsThe clinical data of 104 cases with subdural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively, among which 37 cases underwent single-hole closed drainage with double tube( Observation group),34 cases underwent one tube in forehead ( Control group 1 ) and 33 cases ( Control group 2) underwent one tube in parietooccipial.ResultsCompared with the control group 1 and 2,the operation time, the blood loss, the average hospital stay, the postoperative hospital stay and the cost in observation group had no statistically significant difference( all P >0.05).The postoperative midline recovery, the residual liquid and the pneumocephalus in observation group had statistically significant difference compared with the other two groups( all P < 0.05 ).All patients had no serious complications.ConclusionThe single-hole closed drainage with double tube was a safe and effective method for the treatment of subdural hematoma.

RESUMO

The dynamic changes of immunoreactive dynorphin1-13 (ir-Dyn1-13) contents in 18 burned patients were studied by radioimmunoassay. It was found that ir-Dyn began to increase gradually at the onset of burn and remained at a relatively high levels by the time of preliminary wound healing. Plasma ir-Dyn increased gradually after bum and decreased abruptly before death in one severely burned patient who died of respiratory failure at the third week. The results suggest that Dyn may have a protective effect on the burned patients.
