Socioeconomic characteristics of population groups and causes of their applications for aid into cost-accounting consultative and diagnostic general polyclinics are described. The obtained results reveal that the existing system of tariffs for the services provided by paid polyclinics ensures their accessibility to all population groups irrespective of their income. Further development of the network of cost-accounting polyclinics makes it necessary to analyze the relation and character of medical care provided by the territorial polyclinical network and cost-accounting polyclinics.
