O artigo discute o fenômeno da modernidade líquida sob a ótica da teoria do amadurecimento humano, de Winnicott. Para isso, analisou-se fragmentos do livro e cenas do filme homônimos Precisamos falar sobre o Kevin, com foco na relação de Kevin e seu ambiente, para sustentar a proposição de que a liquidez e a fragilidade dos laços sociais humanos são um fenômeno macrossocial, composto por vários fenômenos microssociais, que apontam para “falhas ambientais” em diversas esferas, mas que, de forma microssocial, têm sua origem na qualidade da relação entre o ambiente-cuidador e o bebê, em um período primitivo específico do desenvolvimento emocional – estágio de concern –, que compromete a aquisição da capacidade de se preocupar com o outro(AU)

The article discusses the phenomenon of liquid modernity from the perspective of Winnicott’s theory of human maturation. For this, literary fragments and scenes from the homonymous film were analyzed: “We need to talk about Kevin”, focusing on Kevin’s relationship and his environment, to support the proposition that liquidity and the fragility of human social ties are a macrosocial phenomenon, composed of several microsocial phenomena that point to “environmental failures” in different spheres; but which, in a microsocial way, have their origins in the quality of the relationship between the caregiver-environment and the baby, in a specific primitive period of emotional development – stage of concern –, which compromises the acquisition of the ability to worry about the other(AU)

O silêncio dos torturadores: a neutralidade e a violência psíquica / The silence of torturers: neutrality and psychic violence

O presente artigo surge com a intenção de relembrar um momento doloroso da história do País, em que o uso da violência, nas suas diversas formas, funcionava como um dos principais meios de lidar com a diferença ou os diferentes. Rememorar essa história é uma forma de resistir àquilo que insistentemente retorna em outros períodos, caso não se tenha a oportunidade de elaborar seu conteúdo. Através da pesquisa em psicanálise, que abrange a exploração histórica, pretende-se problematizar o conceito psicanalítico de neutralidade e as repercussões no uso que alguns psicanalistas e instituições psicanalíticas fizeram dessa nomenclatura para perpetuar e legitimar o sofrimento psíquico no período do regime ditatorial no Brasil e nos anos que se seguiram. A posição por eles assumida esteve vinculada à tentativa de mascarar a verdadeira face da violência psíquica ocorrida nos porões da ditadura e se amparava em uma visão deturpada do conceito de neutralidade(AU)

This article appears with the intention of remembering a painful moment in the country's history in which the use of violence, in its various forms, functioned as one of the main means of dealing with difference and/or those who are different. Remembering this history is a way of resisting what insistently returns in other periods, if one does not have the opportunity to elaborate its content. Through research in psychoanalysis, which encompasses historical exploration, it is intended to problematize the psychoanalytic concept of neutrality and the repercussions on the use that some psychoanalysts and psychoanalytic institutions made of this nomenclature to perpetuate and legitimize psychic suffering in the period of the dictatorial regime in Brazil and in the years that followed. The positions taken by them were linked to attempts to mask the true face of the psychic violence that took place in the basements of the dictatorship and that was supported by a distorted vision of the concept of neutrality(AU)

Personagens falsos-selves no teatro transicional e a clínica psicanalítica contemporânea / False-selves characters in transitional theater and the contemporary psychoanalytic clinic

O objetivo deste trabalho é percorrer o conceito de falso self proposto por Winnicott, entrelaçado ao conceito de gesto espontâneo e a demais conceitos interligados. Aborda-se também o conceito de teatro transicional proposto por Joyce McDougall, o qual, a partir de uma fragmentação que origina um falso self, também pode desenvolver uma “potencialidade de dependência”: na falta de um objeto transicional, o Eu pode estabelecer uma ligação a um objeto transitório, que será evocado a preencher a função “transicional” e dar ao indivíduo o sentimento de se sentir vivo. Esse conceito é diretamente influenciado pelas concepções winnicottianas de objetos e fenômenos transicionais, e pode elucidar algumas questões emergentes na clínica psicanalítica contemporânea com determinados sujeitos que recorrem aos atendimentos psicanalíticos e apresentam esse arranjo psíquico peculiar(AU)

The objective of this work is to explore the concept of false self proposed by Winnicott, intertwined with the concept of spontaneous gesture and other interconnected concepts. It will also address the concept of transitional theater proposed by Joyce McDougall, which from a fragmentation that originates a false self, can also develop a “dependency potential”: in the absence of a transitional object, the I can establish a link to a transitory object that will be evoked to fulfill the “transitional” function and give the individual the feeling of feeling alive. This concept is directly influenced by Winnicottian conceptions of transitional objects and phenomena, and may elucidate some emerging issues in the contemporary psychoanalytic clinic with certain subjects who resort to psychoanalytic care and present this peculiar psychic arrangement(AU)

As faces da (im)potência sexual e a histeria masculina na psicanálise / The faces of sexual (im)potence and male hysteria at psychoanalysis

Este artigo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a impotência sexual e a histeria masculina sob a ótica da psicanálise. E, para isso, percorreu-se diversas perspectivas teóricas dentro da teoria psicanalítica, de Freud (1856-1939) a autores pós-freudianos e contemporâneos, para entrelaçar as produções psicanalíticas acerca de homens que apresentam disfunção erétil em suas tentativas de relações sexuais, bem como a relação entre esses homens impotentes e a histeria masculina. Com base nos estudos realizados, percebeu-se que determinados pontos teóricos são elucidados de acordo com a perspectiva teórica adotada dentro da psicanálise. Todavia, todos apontam para um fator: o conflito psíquico inconsciente que se manifesta por meio do sintoma de impotência sexual.(AU)

This article aims to carry out a bibliographical review on sexual impotence and male hysteria from the perspective of psychoanalysis. And for this, various theoretical perspectives within psychoanalytic theory, ranging from Freud (1856-1939) to post-Freudian and contemporary authors, were traversed to interweave psychoanalytic productions about men who present “erectile dysfunction” in their attempts at sexual intercourse, as well as Relationship between these “impotent men” and male hysteria. From the studies carried out, it was noticed that, certain theoretical points are elucidated according to the theoretical perspective adopted within psychoanalysis, however, all point to one factor: the unconscious psychic conflict that manifests itself through the symptom of sexual impotence.(AU)

O objetivo deste artigo é tentar compreender o funcionamento psíquico da histeria masculina, levando em consideração o contexto sócio-histórico no qual a teoria é desenvolvida. Nos primórdios da psicanálise e em alguns pensadores pós-freudianos, a histeria foi associada ao feminino. Freud no início de sua obra já se questiona acerca da histeria apenas como manifestação na mulher e se interessa pela histeria ligada aos homens. Neste artigo, os autores fazem um breve estudo da histeria masculina através da revisão da obra de Freud e de autores contemporâneos(AU)

The purpose of this article is to understand the psychic functioning of male hysteria, taking into account the socio-historical context in which the theory is developed. In the early days of psychoanalysis and to a large extent by some post-Freudian thinkers, hysteria is designed connected to the female. Freud at the beginning of his work already questions about the hysteria just as manifestation in the female and is interested in the hysteria attached to men. In this article, the authors make a brief study of male hysteria, by reviewing the literature work of Freud and contemporary authors(AU)
