RESUMO

Refractory metal-oxide coatings are deposited by reactive dc magnetron sputtering in an oxygen environment. The optical constants and the environmental stability of silicon oxide, aluminium oxide, hafnium oxide, zirconium oxide, tantalum oxide, titanium oxide, and a blend of hafnium oxide with silicon oxide are investigated. Properties of both single-layer and multilayer interference filters are examined.

RESUMO

A method for determination of adipiodone in pure substance, in preparation Bilipolinum Polfa (inj., 50%) and in the bile is presented. It is based on oxygen combustion of the substance with KNO3, using a modified absorbing agent. Iodide content is then determined with the iodide ion-selective electrode, directly or by argentometric titration. At stated conditions the method permits to evaluate rapidly and sufficiently precisely the content of contrast medium in the bile after administration of the drug.

RESUMO

The proposed method of quantitative determination of halothane is based on combustion of the sample (weighed in pearls) in oxygen, after Schöniger, and determination of bromide ions in modified absorbent solution. One variant of subsequent procedure consists in argentometric titration using bromide ion-selective electrode, another--in direct potential measurement of the same electrode and evaluation with an application of calibration plot (E vs. --log cBr(-)).

RESUMO

New colorimetric procedure for determination of bromisoval and carbromal is based on the hydroxamation reaction and colour developing after addition of Fe(ClO4)3. The method is employed for the estimation of both compounds in substances and in tablets.
