Our objective in this study was to carry out an immunological assessment of use of immunomodulating agents in a complex therapy of those children with poor health who are always ailing and present with cardiorheumatological pathology. A way for prevention of aggravation of cardiorheumatological pathology is submitted, involving the use of bronchomunal and narine according to the developed treatment regimen.

[Determination of differentially amplified ECG indices for the ventricular complex in healthy children and in children with heart and rheumatic diseases]. / Osoblyvosti pokaznykiv shlunochkovoho kompleksu, vyznachenoho za dopomohoiu dyferentsial'no pidsylenoï EKH, u zdorovykh ditei ta u ditei z revmokardial'noiu patalohiieiu.

As many as fifty healthy children and juveniles who ranged between one to 18 years old were examined together with 25 children presenting with preexcitation syndromes (WPW-syndrome). Registered in all patients was the DAECG tracing. As a result of the studies made it has been found out that indices for the DAECG ventricular complex are age-dependent. DAECG indices characterizing WPW-syndrome are defined.

Our objective in this study was to develop and assess the diagnostic value of a coagglutination test with making use of peptidoglycane of Staphylococcus aureus in the identification of diseases of staphylococcal etiology. A total of 166 patients with diseases of staphylococcal etiology were examined. A test was elaborated of coagglutination with making use of peptidoglycane of Staphylococcus aureus for a differential identification of antibodies to peptidoglycan in healthy persons and patients with staphylococcosis.

[The effect of immunocorrective preparations on the cellular immunity indices of patients with recurrent respiratory diseases]. / Vyvchennia vplyvu imunokoryhuiuchykh preparativ na pokaznyky klitynnoho imunitetu u khvorykh z retsydyvuiuchymy respiratornymy zakhvoriuvanniamy.

Sensitivity of T-lymphocytes to different immuno-correcting drug preparations was studied in 183 individuals. Of these, 82 were always ailing children who ranged from 2 to 15 years old. Differences were disclosed in the individual sensitivity of in vitro T-lymphocytes, related to age and condition of the immunoregulatory index. The secured results should be taken account of in prescription of immuno-correcting preparations.
