RESUMO

Digital technology provided a new driver for the rapid recovery of the global economy in the post-COVID-19 era. This study examined how digital financing affected regional economic resilience. First, this study constructs a multidimensional regional economic resilience evaluation system and measures the economic resilience levels of 283 Chinese cities for 2012-2021-using the entropy value method. Then, panel data, mediation effect, and threshold effect models were constructed to empirically test the impact mechanism of digital finance (DF) on regional economic resilience. The results show that DF improves regional economic resilience, which is more evident in central and western cities. Capital allocation efficiency, regional innovation, and regional consumption are effective paths, whereas DF affects regional economic resilience by enhancing capital allocation efficiency, strengthening regional innovation capacity, and promoting resident consumption. It is worth noting that excessive financialization can mask the role of DF. These conclusions provide new evidence clarifying the role of DF in promoting rapid economic recovery in the post-COVID-19 era.

RESUMO

The green digital revolution has changed the production mode of enterprises. This article explores the green value of digital transformation. The study calculates the digital transformation index and green total factor productivity (EGTFP) index of Chinese enterprises from 2012 to 2021 and uses a panel data model and intermediary effect to conduct empirical tests. The results show that digital transformation has a positive impact of 0.371 units on the EGTFP. This positive effect is proven to be stable after distinguishing between substantive and tactical digital transformation, where the effect of substantive digital transformation increases over time. At the same time, enterprise property rights and location affect the role of digital transformation; moreover, digital transformation performs better when grouping the nonstate-owned enterprises and the eastern region. In addition, energy efficiency, green technology innovation, and environmental responsibility are important intermediaries, as digital transformation can affect EGTFP by improving energy efficiency, promoting green technology innovation, and strengthening environmental responsibility. These research conclusions help evaluate the economic and environmental effects of digital transformation and provide empirical evidence for the high-quality development of enterprises.

RESUMO

With the arbitrariness of family business decision-making and the complexity of interests become increasingly prominent, the transformation and innovation of family business are imminent. Under the above background, via analysis of data from 259 valid questionnaires from more than ten family businesses in China as a sample and with the help of the SPSS and AMOS, this study explored the impacts of identification on creativity of the family business as well as the mediating role of family business support by constructing a mediating model. The results show that the employee's identification has a positive impact on the creativity of the family business. Besides, identification has a positive impact on family business support and family business support has a partial mediating role between identification and family business creativity. Especially, the emotional support does not have a mediating role, whereas the instrumental support has a complete mediating role between identification and family business creativity.

RESUMO

This study aimed to determine the net energy requirement of Holstein cows in mid-lactation under heat stress. Twenty-five multiparous Holstein cows were randomly allocated to five groups corresponding to five isonitrogenous total mixed rations, with net energy for lactation (NEL ) content of 6.15 (NE-6.15), 6.36 (NE-6.36), 6.64 (NE-6.64), 6.95 (NE-6.95), 7.36 (NE-7.36) MJ/kg of dry matter (DM), respectively. Throughout the experimental period the average temperature humidity index at 07.00, 14.00 and 22.00 hours was 72.1, 88.7, and 77.6, respectively. DM intake decreased significantly with the elevated dietary NEL concentration. Fat corrected milk increased quadratically, and milk fat content and milk energy (MJ/kg) reached the greatest in the NE-6.95 group with increasing dietary NEL content. Strong correlations were found between dietary NEL content and: (i) DM intake; (ii) NEL intake; (iii) milk energy (El ); (iv) El /metabolizable energy intake (MEI); (v) El /NEL intake, as well as between NEL intake and fat corrected milk yield (FCM). The suitable net energy required for dairy cows producing 1 kg FCM ranged from 5.01 to 5.03 MJ, was concluded from the above-stated regressions. Correlation between heat production (HP) and MEI could be expressed as: Log (HP) = -0.4304 + 0.2963*MEI (n = 15, R2 = 0.99, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) = 0.18). Fasting HP was 0.3712 MJ/kg0.75 when extrapolating MEI to zero.
