Cyst of seminal vesicle with ectopic ureter and ipsilateral renal dysplasia: case report.

A case of ectopic ureter in a cystic seminal vesicle associated to a microkidney is presented. The diagnosis was established by history, physical examination, CT and direct contrastography by perineal access. Treatment consisted of excision of the cystic seminal vesicle with the ectopic ureter and dysplasic kidney.

Renal pelvis reconstruction with a free peritoneal patch.

The authors report on the use of a patch of peritoneum in the reconstruction of the renal pelvis. Four successful cases are reported. This leads to the use of such a technique in the reconstruction of the pelvis whenever repair by simple apposition of the margins is impossible.
