[Results and experience with urethrocystography in diagnosing female stress incontinence]. / Ergebnisse und Erfahrungen mit der Urethrozystographie im Rahmen der Erfassung der weiblichen Stress-Harninkontinenz.

The normal parameters of urethrocystography were evaluated in 324 examinations. There were definite differences between continent and pressure-incontinent women on the one hand, and stress-incontinent patients on the other, as regards the pubo-urethral angle, but not as regards the posterior vesico-urethral angle. Preoperative and post-operative urethro-cystograms showed statistically significant differences.

[Interpretation and meaning of urethrocystographic findings in the diagnosis of urinary incontinence in women]. / Zur Auswertung und Bedeutung urethrozystographischer Befunde bei der Diagnostik der Harninkontinenz der Frau.

In this study the author adopts a definite attitude to the diagnostic evidence of the urethrocystography in the urinary incontinence of the female. In these cases female patients were controlled before and after the stress incontinence operation as well as before and during the conservative treatment of the urge-urinary incontinence. As criteria for the evaluation the inclination angle of the urethra, the pubourethral angle and the posterior vesico-urethral angle were used. The final urethrocystographic findings as well as the parameters after the therapy were statistically treated and discussed with the results of literature.

[Clinical and x-ray studies on the relationship between interruption of pregnancy and premature labor]. / Klinische und röntgenologische Untersuchungen zur Frage des Zusammenhangs zwischen Interruptio und Frühgeburt

On the basis of the number of premature babies of 1975 the possible interdependence is checked between interruptio of pregnancy and subsequent premature birth and is compared with the dates obtained in 1974. Besides the hysterograms of women with premature birth whose anamnesis indicates an interruptio of pregnancy, are examined with regard to lesions of the cervix demonstrable in roentgenograms. As in the years of 1974 and 1975 the number of premature birth has been approximatively constant we conclude, basing ourselves on the investigations of roentgenograms, that no causal relation may be established between interruptio of pregnancy and premature birth in our material.
