The authors presented the data about the development of operativeness of medical automated information data system of CMCH n. a. N.N.Burdenko with developing and formation of control center of hospitalization, data processing center, situation room and central archives of diagnostic data. It significantly improved diagnostic and treatment processes in hospital medical and preventive association. Consolidation of dependent prevention and treatment facilities of Moscow Region will provide effective administration of medical supply of attached cohort, administration of hospital association of CMCH n. a. N.N.Burdenko and medical service of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation, in general.

[Delphi technique: theory and suggestions on usage in health care and military medicine].

The authors pursued research of adaptability of Delphi technique for solution of organizing problems of health care and military medicine in modem conditions. The essence of the research lies in the fact that with the help of serial consecutive actions--questioning and interviews of the most authoritarian specialists--intellectual elite of health care and military medicine (former leaders of GVMU MO RF (State Military-Medical Department of Moscow Region of Russian Federation) and their deputy directors, also famous specialists in the field of organization of health care and military medicine), and with the help of "brainstorms" to achieve the maximal agreement under the elaboration of strategy, ways and perspectives of the development of medical service of MO RF and also search of concrete solutions of actual military-medical problems.

[About the administration of treatment and diagnostic process in the Main Military Clinical Hospital n. a. N.N.Burdenko].

Since December 1, 2009 was reorganized the structure and significantly extended the composition of hospitals and outpatient clinics (subsidiaries) subordinated to the Main Military Clinical Hospital n.a N.N. Burdenko, hospital bed capacity increased to 3770 beds available against 1320. In fact GVKG in new structure has become a major hospital health-care union. The need for sustainability of the union demanded revision of the available and create a modern management system. The aim of performed study was to examine lessons learned, building a new system and strengthening the chain of command. Achieving this goal required the development and introduction of modern, more precise and well-functioning system of interaction between units, and the collection of primary medical and health-economic information for assessing the performance of departments, centers, divisions and associations in general, making more informed decisions the organization of therapeutic and prophylactic and therapeutic and diagnostic work.

The problems of efficiency of management of officials of hospital healthcare association of manage of remote branch offices and the structural units of the Main Military Clinical Hospital n. a. N.N. Therefore determinations of sanitarium casualty, used in practice and in documentation, are not full and not always clearly explain about which casualty is talking. The now-day period of development of the medical service of the Armed Forces of the RF and it's system of control is characterized by a growing up need by functionaries of control departments in an actual, authentic, well-timed and all-round information. This information is necessary for qualitative solving of concrete missions. Growing of volume and importance of information stipulates research of new methods and ways of rise of control effectiveness. One of the ways of resolving this problem is elaboration of the unique informational space of the medical service of the Armed Forces of RF. Realization of perspectives of improvement of information acquisition and processing for the control of the medical service permits create the unique informational space of the medical service of the Armed Forces of RF, realize a centralized control, solving missions of building and reforming of system of control and medical supply of Forces.
