RESUMO

Wide-bandgap metal halide perovskites have demonstrated promise in multijunction photovoltaic (PV) cells. However, photoinduced phase segregation and the resultant low open-circuit voltage (Voc) have greatly limited the PV performance of perovskite-based multijunction devices. Here, a alloying strategy is reported to achieve uniform distribution of triple cations and halides in wide-bandgap perovskites by doping Rb+ and Cl- with small ionic radii, which effectively suppresses halide phase segregation while promoting the homogenization of surface potential. Based on this strategy, a Voc of 1.33 V is obtained from single-junction perovskite solar cells, and a VOC approaching 3.0 V and a power conversion efficiency of 25.0% (obtained from reverse scan direction, certified efficiency: 24.19%) on an 1.04 cm2 photoactive area can be achieved in a perovskite/perovskite/c-Si triple-junction tandem cell, where the certification efficiency is by far the greatest performance of perovskite-based triple-junction tandem solar cells. This work overcomes the performance deadlock of perovskite-based triple-junction tandem cells by setting a materials-by-design paradigm.

RESUMO

g-C3N4-assisted interface engineering has been developed as an effective method to improve the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, most of the reported works used g-C3N4-induced single-interface modification, which is difficult to passivate the bilateral interfaces of the perovskite layer at the same time. In this paper, we fabricated two kinds of C3N4 materials simultaneously (w-CN and y-CN) after the twice calcination of melamine and used them in the bilateral interface modification toward all-inorganic PSCs. The two kinds of C3N4 play different roles in different interface engineering. On the front interface, w-CN could optimize band level arrangement and improve the perovskite film quality, which contributes to the efficiency of the device. On the back interface, y-CN could also improve the film quality of the perovskite layer, accelerating the extraction of charge carriers. The champion efficiency of the CsPbIBr2-based device treated by the bilateral interface is significantly enhanced from 7.8 to 10.1%. Moreover, the modified perovskite film exhibits negligible degradation after 40 min of exposure in the ambient environment with a relative humidity of 70%, while the pristine perovskite film has a rapid degradation within 20 min.

RESUMO

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) and pseudorabies (PR) are highly infectious swine diseases and cause significant financial loss in China. The respiratory system and reproductive system are the main target systems. Previous studies showed that the existing PR virus (PRV) and PRRS virus (PRRSV) commercial vaccines could not provide complete protection against PRV variant strains and NADC30-like PRRSV strains in China. In this study, the PRV variant strain XJ and NADC30-like PRRSV strain CHSCDJY-2019 are used as the parent for constructing a recombinant pseudorabies virus (rPRV)-NC56 with gE/gI/TK gene deletion and co-expressing NADC30-like PRRSV GP5 and M protein. The rPRV-NC56 proliferated stably in BHK-21 cells, and it could stably express GP5 and M protein. Due to the introduction of the self-cleaving 2A peptide, GP5 and M protein were able to express independently and form virus-like particles (VLPs) of PRRSV in rPRV-NC56-infected BHK-21 cells. The rPRV-NC56 is safe for use in mice; it can colonize and express the target protein in mouse lungs for a long time. Vaccination with rPRV-NC56 induces PRV and NADC30-like PRRSV specific humoral and cellular immune responses in mice, and protects 100% of mice from virulent PRV XJ strain. Furthermore, the virus-neutralizing antibody (VNA) elicited by rPRV-NC56 showed significantly lower titer against SCNJ-2016 (HP-PRRSV) than that against CHSCDJY-2019 (NADC30-like PRRSV). Thus, rPRV-NC56 appears to be a promising candidate vaccine against NADC30-like PRRSV and PRV for the control and eradication of the variant PRV and NADC30-like PRRSV.
