RESUMO

The results of application of the puncture methods of treatment, applied in 28 patients, suffering hepatic abscesses of various etiology and localization, were adduced. The methods of transcutaneous transhepatic puncture and drainage were applied. The data obtained witness a high efficacy of the proposed method, which guarantee reconvalescence of 96.4% of the patients. The indications and methods of the abscesses drainage, the patients sanation and management methods while postoperative period were established. Small invasiveness, good endurance by malnourished and septic patients, the absence of necessity in narcosis, economic and cosmetic effects constitute the advantages of the method.

RESUMO

There were presented the data concerning the results of application of the puncture miniinvasive methods of treatment under ultrasonographic investigation control in 43 patients, suffering purulent-destructive complications of acute diseases and damages of the peritoneal cavity organs. Methods of the puncture sanation and drainage were applied. There was established high efficacy of the methods as the compound of detoxicational therapy and ultimate treatment of false pancreatic cyst and the abdominal cavity abscess.

RESUMO

Experience of treatment of 142 patients, operated on in clinic in 2001 yr for duodenal perforative ulcer was summarized. In 130 patients operation was performed by an open access method and in 12--by laparoscopic one. Laparoscopy was applied for the perforative aperture closure (in 5 patients) and for excision of ulcer with duodenoplasty (in 7). The operation duration have constituted (78 +/- 4.2) min at average. Postoperative complications were absent, all the patients survived. Duration of the patient treatment conducted in stationary after performance of laparoscopic operation have constituted (6.4 +/- 0.6) days at average and after application of open method--(9.6 +/- 5) days.
