RESUMO

The COVID-19 epidemic has had a major impact on people's normal travel. Optimizing the control of the number of passengers boarding and deboarding the customized bus (CB) at CB stops can reduce the contact between passengers in the course of travel, which is meaningful for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. In this paper, a dynamic programming model based on nonlinear integer programming (NIP) is established to study the problem of boarding and alighting planning at various CB stops under the influence of COVID-19. Using Gurobi 9.1.1 solver, the optimal plan for passengers boarding and deboarding CB buses could be obtained. Besides, the mathematical model established in this paper can obtain the minimum value of the total number of contacts between passengers during travel under different CB numbers. It is found that the model solution results eventually form a Pareto frontier. When the number of CB buses increases, the total number of contacts between passengers will decrease This study has positive significance for ensuring the normal travel of passengers during the COVID-19 epidemic, and provides useful references for the studies about the planning of the customized bus.

RESUMO

Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and customer satisfaction theory, we constructed a satisfaction model for supply-demand satisfaction for community-based senior care (SSCSC) combined with the psychological perspective of the elderly, and four dimensions of basic living needs (BLNs), living environment (LE), personal traits (PTs), and livability for the aged (LA) were selected to construct the model. The data were obtained from 296 questionnaires from seniors over 50 years old (or completed by relatives on their behalf, according to their actual situation). Twenty-two observed variables were selected for the five latent variables, and their interactions were explored using structural equation modeling. The results showed that LA was the most significant factor influencing SSCSC, and it was followed by BLNs and LE. PTs did not show a direct effect on LA, but they could have an indirect effect on SSCSC through influencing BLNs and LE. Based on the current state of community aging satisfaction, we propose to establish a community elderly care service system based on the basic needs of the elderly population, providing differentiated and refined elderly care services and improving the level of aging-friendly communities. This study provides references for the government to formulate relevant policies and other supply entities to make strategic decisions and has important implications for further enhancing community elderly services to become an important part of the social security system for the elderly.

RESUMO

Since the theory of planned behavior (TPB) was proposed by Ajzen in 1985, it has attracted extensive interest and been widely applied worldwide. Although an increasing number of studies have employed the TPB in the domain of environmental science, there have been no attempts to retrospectively analyze existing articles. The current study aimed to holistically understand the application status of the TPB in environmental science from a knowledge domain visualization perspective. A total of 531 journal articles were obtained through the Scopus database to perform a bibliometric analysis and content analysis. The results showed that waste management, green consumption, climate and environment, saving and conservation, and sustainable transportation are the primary research topics; the United States (U.S.), Mainland China, the United Kingdom (UK), and Malaysia are the most productive countries/regions. Moreover, the cross-disciplinary situations, main source journals, and key articles were revealed. Furthermore, the extended factors, integrated theories, major methods, specific groups, and control variables of environmental science research using the TPB were elaborated and integrated into a comprehensive application framework. Constructive criticisms were ultimately discussed. The findings contribute in several ways to help relevant researchers learn about the application of TPB to environmental science and provide new insights and holistic references for further research on environment-related behavior.
