[Effect of intranasal aerosol-therapy with cycloferon on the function of respiration in patients with some forms of rhinitis].

Total of 62 patients have been examined, out of which 34 patients had chronic catarrhal rhinitis, and 28 patients - perennial allergic rhinitis. It has been established that intranasal aerosol-therapy with cyclopheron induced expressed improvement of bronchial permeability in these patients, as well as increase of reserve possibilities of lungs and decrease, up to complete elimination, of arterial and venous hypoxemia. Above positive shifts were significant in chronic catarrhal rhinitis.

[Influence of treatment of vanadium electrophoresis on certainbio-chemical and immunological indicators in patients with prolonged cases of pneumonia].

Inflammatory process in bronchial and lung tissues during the prolonged cases of pneumonia causes failure of immunological system and depression of glucocorticoid and androgenic functions of cortex of kidneys. That's why it's important to find new, more effective anti-inflammation means causing reduction and even disappearance of inflammatory process in bronchi and lungs, influencing immunological system positively and normalizing its condition and cortex of kidneys. 65 patients of age from 25 till 64 were examined, from which 31 had nidal prolonged pneumonia and 39 had interstitial prolonged pneumonia. It was stated that treatment with vanadium electrophoresis causes reduction and even disappearance of the inflammatory process in bronchi and lungs in the patients with prolonged pneumonia, leading to the strengthening of cellular chain of the immunity, nonspecific resistance of the organism, has a desensitisation influence, strengthens glucorticoid and androgenic functions of cortex of kidneys, normalises interchange of proteins and humoral immunity, increased substance (contents) of vanadium in the whole blood. Indicated positive results were more significant in the cases of nidal prolonged pneumonia.

[Influence of treatment with variable magnetic field of low frequency in low mountain environment on cardiohemodynamic index of patients with arterial hypertension].

Pathological changes in function and action of cardiovascular system is the significant link in formation and progression of arterial hypertension. 68 patients were investigated. From these patients in 32 first stage of mentioned pathology, while in 36 - the II degree was found. It is established that treatment of arterial hypertension by variable magnetic field of low frequency in low mountain environment causes decrease of systolic, diastolic and heart dynamic blood pressure, normalizes heart index and pulse rate; decreases peripheral vascular specific resistance, increases amount of upset index accelerated of blood flow on the region "lung-ear", improves electrocardiological data. Mentioned pathological displacements were more expressed at the first stage of arterial hypertension.

[Effectiveness of treatment with selenium electrophoresis in patients with ischaemic cardiac disease with a stable stenocardia of tension].

The increasing trend to the growth of cases of ischaemic cardiac disease and, first of all, cases of a stable stenocardia of tension and lethal outcome make topical the search of new effective etiopathogenic means for prophylaxis and treatment of this pathology. The goal of this investigation was to study effectiveness of treatment with selenium electrophoresis of patients with ICD:SST of the I-II functional classes (FC). Total of 76 patients with ischaemic cardiac disease have been investigated. Among them a stable stenocardia of tension of the I functional class was observed in 31 patients and SST of the second II FC - in 45 patients. It has been established that in patients with a stable stenocardia of tension the treatment with selenium electrophoresis evokes a slackening right up to absence of complaints; has a normalizing action on cardio-hemodynamics; improves oxygen provision of the organism increasing saturation of arterial and venous blood with oxygen; increases tolerance to physical loading and volume of fulfilled work; decreases changes in frequency of systole and arterial pressure under the influence of physical loading and restitution. Mentioned shifts decreased according to intensification of the pathology. The treatment had a positive action on all patients with SST of the I FC and 41 patients with a stable stenocardia of tension of the II FC. The treatment was inefficient in 4 patients with SST of the II FC.

[Some pathogenic mechanisms of aerozol-therapy including cyclopheron treatment in patients with chronic rhinitis].

High prevalence of chronic rhinitis makes more topical the problem of search of new, more effective means of treatment of these pathologies with the establishment of pathogenic mechanisms of the action of these means. Total of 62 patients were investigated. 34 of these patients had chronic catarrhal rhinitis and 28 - chronic allergic rhinitis. It has been established that the use of cyclopheron in aerosol-therapy increases the cortisol discharge from the blood of the patients with rhinitis. It decreases up to the disappearance the inflammatory process in nasal mucus, which strengthens cellular immunity, has a desensitization action, increases non-specific resistance of the organism and has a normalizing action on the indices of humoral immunity. The above shown positive shifts were more pronounced in chronic catarrhal rhinitis.

[Effectiveness of balneotherapy in patients with neurasthenia using baths of mineral water under conditions of low-mountain health-resort Nunisi].

Total of 118 patients with neurasthenia were investigated. Among them in 62 persons a hypersthenic form and in 56 -- a hyposthenic form of the pathology were noted. It has been established that balneotherapy using baths of mineral water, which is low-mineralised weakly sulfide, chloride-hydrocarbonate mineral sodic water under conditions of low-mountain health-resort Nunisi induces a decrease right up to disappearance of complaints and pathological changes in neurological status in patients with mentioned pathology. At the same time it improves indices of perception, attention and memory, state of vegetative nervous system and functional state of the brain, has a normalising action on the indices of cardiohemodynamics and lipid metabolism as well as on the excretion with urine of adrenaline and noradrenaline, neutral 17-ketosteroids, free and total 17-oxicorticosteroids. Mentioned positive shifts were more pronounced at hypersthenic form of neurasthenia. The treatment carried on had a positive influence in 62 (100%) patients with hypersthenic form of neurasthenia and in 51 (91,07%) -- with hyposthenic form.
