[Early oral intake after cesarean section and gynecological operations]. / Ranno zakhranvane per os sled tsezarovo sechenie i ginekologichni operatsii.

The authors present a modern review on the early oral intake after cesarean section and gynecological operations and their own experience with 130 cesarean and 100 gynecological operated women. This is for the first time on our (Bulgarian) practice. Early oral intake was well tolerated by the patients, there were no more postoperative complications associated with the new method of postoperative care. The authors recommended this approach for the clinical practice.

[The Joel-Cohen (Misgav Ladach) method--a new surgical technic for cesarean section and gynecological laparotomy]. / Joel-Cohen (Misgav Ladach)-metod--nova operativna tekhnika pri tsezarovo sechenie i ginekologichna laparotomiia.

The authors make a review on this problem for first time in Bulgarian literature and for the first time by us operated with the Misgav Ladach method--cesarean section. The authors describe 50 cases wit Ladach method and as control 20 with Pfannenstiel. The authors establish shorter duration of the operation-Si] and 56.3 min. respective in benefit for Misgav method; the babies were extracted at 5.5 and 12.3 min. respect. The mothers with Misgav had better prognosis at the time of dehospitalization.

[Our experience in using the IP-2-50 infusion pump with newborn infants, pregnant women and puerperae]. / Nashiiat opit ot prilozhenie na infuzionna pompa IP-2-50 pri novorodeni detsa, bremenni i razhdashti.

The authors describe indications for usage of venous administrations by means of the infusion pump IP 2-50 in newborns, pregnant women and parturients as well as during feeding of the smallest preterm infants with the same pump. Advantages and disadvantages of IP 2-50 are presented in comparison with the perfusion pumps "Braun Melsungen" and "Lineomat". Nosologic units are described, in which infusions with IP 2-50 are applied.
