Pure primary squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the breast is a rare condition. The exact histogenesis of this malignancy is unclear. The rarity of the condition makes it difficult to draw firm conclusions on the course of the disease and the overall prognosis. We report a case of pure primary SCC of the breast occurring in a 62-year-old woman and presenting as an enlarged breast lesion with bleeding. We also review the literature for all cases of pure primary SCC.

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a common extramammary primary malignancy in childhood that rarely metastasises to the breast. We present a patient with primary sinonasal rhabdomyosarcoma who was in remission when she developed breast metastases. We describe particular imaging findings of this disease, using ultrasound and MR imaging. To our knowledge, MR findings have only been described in one previous case report in the literature.

Benign ductal cysts of the accessory lacrimal glands are uncommon lesions of the orbit, arising from the glands of Wolfring and Krause. We report two patients with histopathologically proved cysts in whom CT scans revealed well-circumscribed extraconal cystic lesions adjacent to the globe, involving both eyelids. Radiologists should be aware of these rare lesions so as to include them in the differential diagnosis of orbital cysts.

The implantation of cervical cancer in an episiotomy scar is very rare. We present such a case in a patient with stage IIIB squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. The tumor implantation responded only partially to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Review of the literature revealed six cases of cervical cancer implanting in the episiotomy site. All followed a normal vaginal delivery. Early initial stage, small-size implantation lesion, and early surgical intervention seemed to be good prognostic factors.

Primary malignant lymphoma of the female urethra is a rare entity. Five cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the female urethra have been previously reported. We report another case presenting with a urethral caruncle. A review of the literature is included.
