RESUMO

The groundbreaking development of lanthanide-doped core-shell nanostructures have successfully achieved precise optical tuning of rare-earth nanocrystals, leading to significant improvements in energy transfer efficiency and facilitating multifunctional integration. Exploring the atomic-level structural, physical, and optical properties of rare-earth core-shell nanocrystals is essential for advancing our understanding of their fundamental principles and driving the development of emerging applications. However, our knowledge of the atomic-level structural details of rare-earth nanocrystal core-shell structures remains limited. This review provides a comprehensive discussion of synthesis strategies, characterization techniques, interfacial ion-mixing phenomena, strain effects, and spectral modulation in core-shell structures of rare-earth-doped nanocrystals. Additionally, we prospectively discuss the challenges encountered in studying the fine structures of rare-earth-doped core-shell nanocrystals, particularly the increasing demand for researchers to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge and utilize high-end precision instruments.

A series of Ag-zeolite luminescent composites are prepared based on SOD and FAUY zeolites, and the effect of zeolite host particle size on their dynamic luminescent emission properties was discussed for the first time. The relationship between zeolite particle size and the nucleation of silver nanoclusters (AgNCs) is revealed. With the increase of zeolite particle size from nanometers to microns, the luminescent color of both Ag-SOD and Ag-Y composites shows significant blue shift. The observed tunable luminescence can be accounted for the slower nucleation rate of AgNCs in micron-scale zeolites with longer channels, resulting in smaller nuclearity of AgNCs within large-size zeolites, through the characterization of extended X-ray absorption fine structure, implying the important roles played by the zeolite themselves in determining the luminescence properties. Moreover, the composites prepared by us feature simple signal transduction, fast response (30 s), and excellent selectivity and sensitivity for discriminative luminescence detection of triethylamine and ethylamine, and they have good reversible luminescence response after sensing HAc gas, which might imply the potential applications in the volatile organic amine detection and information encryption field.

OBJECTIVE: To search for the best therapy for simple obesity. METHODS: Eighty cases were randomly divided into 3 groups. The body acupuncture group were treated based on the syndrome of heat of stomach and intestine, syndrome of spleen deficiency and stagnation of dampness, and syndrome of spleen and kidney yang-deficiency; the auricular and body acupuncture group were treated by the syndrome treatment of body acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking; the observation group were treated by the combined auricular and body acupuncture treatment plus moving cupping on back-shu points. Body weight, BMI, body fatd, blood lipids and clinically main symptoms before and after treatment were investigated. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 69.6% in the body acupuncture group, 76.0%. in the auricular and body acupuncture group, and 90.6% treated in the observation group, with significant differences in the therapeutic effect, clinically main symptoms, external indexes of obesity and kidney ang-blood lipid metabolism between the observation group and the body acupuncture group. The various indexes in the auricular and body acupuncture group were superior to those iwere tthe body acupuncture group, with no significant differences in most indexes. CONCLUSION: Auricular and body acupuncture combined with moving cupping at back-shu points has obvious therapeutic effect on simple obesity and this is a better therapy for simple obesity.
