RESUMO

Objective@#To study the epidemiologic and genetic characteristics of coxackievirus A6(CV-A6) strains isolated in Shenyang.@*Methods@#Enterovirus strains positive for neither enterovirus A71 (EV-A71) nor CV-A16 were isolated from Shenyang during 2013 to 2017 to screen for CV-A6 isolates by real-time PCR. The entire sequences of viral genes encoding VP1 of CV-A6 positive samples were amplified and sequenced. The phylogenetic analysis was performed.@*Results@#CV-A6 strains accounted for 27.83% (575/2 066) of the non-EV-A71 and non-CV-A16 enterovirus strains isolated in Shenyang during the years 2013 to 2017. And CV-A6 strains were the predominant enterovirus strains with positive rate of 68.38 % (240/351) in 2015. The CV-A6 isolates from Shenyang during 2013 to 2017 could be classified into the cluster D3a in the phylogenetic tree. Subtype D3a.1 strains circulated during 2013 to 2014 and subtype D3a.2 strains circulated during 2015 to 2017.@*Conclusions@#CV-A6 strains were the predominant enterovirus strains among non-EV-A71 and non-CV-A16 enterovirus strains circulated in Shenyang from 2013 to 2017. The CV-A6 isolates from Shenyang during 2013 to 2017 could be classified into the cluster D3a in the phylogenetic tree and subtype D3a.2 strains were evolved from subtype D3a.1 strains.

The content of ATP, ADP, AMP, sodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate were determined by 31P NMR, the linear range of ATP, ADP and AMP were found to be 0.004-0.080 mol x L(-1), sodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate were 0.005-0.100 mol x L(-1). The RSD were 0.40%-1.30%, the recovery were 96.9% - 105.2%. The method has been applied to the determination of ATP injection. The impurities of ATP injection were ADP and sodium phosphate. The content of ATP is in line with the requirement of the pharmacopoeia. The results indicated that the method is of good reproducibility, high accuracy, rapid and simple operation, without pretreatment and interference of other elements, 31P NMR is a new and reliable method of analyzing ATP, ADP, AMP and phosphate.

Vibrio alginolyticus, one of the most important opportunistic pathogens, can be detected in human being and marine animals. Like other bacteria, V. alginolyticus is able to adapt to a variety of stressful environmental changes. The alternate sigma factor RpoS, which is a regulator during stationary phase, plays an important role in surviving under these stressful situations in many bacteria. Sequence analysis reveals a 990 bp open reading frame which is predicted to encode a 330-amino-acid protein with 68% to 96% overall identity to other reported sequences. To study the function of rpoS, the rpoS gene of V. alginolyticus VIB283 was cloned and an rpoS mutant was constructed by homologous recombination. Comparison of the study result of the wild type and the mutant showed that the mutant was more sensitive to stress conditions such as high osmolarity, oxidative stress, heat shock, and long-term starvation and that the LD(50) of the mutant strain to the zebra fish was about 2.8 times as that of the control strain. In addition, the SDS-PAGE analysis indicated that the outer membrane proteins (OMPs) existed great differences.

RESUMO

A novel one-step synthesis method of FeCl3-graphite intercalation compounds (FeCl3-GICs) by an arc discharge in aqueous solution was reported for the first time. It presented a simply and controllable way to synthesize FeCl3-GICs. The structure of the stage 7 GICs was examined and characterized by X-ray diffraction. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic study of stage 7 of FeCl3-GICs was also carried out. The change in the binding energy suggests the nature of charge transfer and lowering of Fermi level as has been reported previously for other acceptor intercalation compounds.
