RESUMO

In modeling acute diphtheric toxemia in guinea pigs, the authors propose to perform hemosorption using selective sorbents under continuous introduction of antitoxic immune sera into extracorporeal contour in front of sorption column. Combination of hemosorption with serotherapy in the same time interval may be denoted as serosorption. As specific sorbents, affine preparations imasorb A-700 and Imasorb G-700 were used. They selectively eliminate from the blood flow CIC produced by diphtheric toxin (anatoxin) and antitoxic rabbit and horse antibodies. Changes in the titers of the diphtheric toxin (anatoxin) and CIC in blood evidence for efficiency of selective sorbents were confirmed by immunohistochemical analysis of the preparations' granules after hemoperfusion.

RESUMO

This impact was attained by medicinal laser application to alexandrite, dye, erbium and gallium arsenid in various conditions on cultures of pulmonic fibroblasts of human embryo. Obtained results were estimated by transmission and scanning microscopy. The highest cell destruction was observed in dye and alexandrite, being less expressed in gallium arsenid under laser irradiation. Impulsive action of erbium laser did not cause any substantional cell destruction. So, laser application to dye alexandrite and gallium arsenide for healing scar and contracture damages is completely justified for skin pathogeny.

RESUMO

The antitoxic antidiphtheric immunosorbent DATs was tested in experiments on mice and guinea-pigs using the model of acute diphtheric toxemia. In extracorporeal connecting with the circulation system of the animals the sorbent effectively bound and eliminated from the circulation molecules of diphtheric toxin and antitoxin, reduced significantly their levels in the blood after hemoperfusion. The effectiveness of the immunosorbent DATs was confirmed when it saved the ginea-pigs after injection of lethal toxin doses.

RESUMO

Dynamics of arterial pressure and its hemodynamic components were shoen to dramatically differ in corscious and anesthetised animals. The data obtained suggest that corscious male cats, along with a baroreflex mechanism of resistance against involvement of the heart into the pressor response, have another mechanism acting in deficiency of baroreflex effects.

RESUMO

The highest resistance against hypoxemia was followed by an increased circulation in abdominal organs with simultaneous reduction of blood demand within the area of thoracic aorta in cats. The prevalence of circulation in vitals with no reduction of oxygen demand is characteristic of animals with the low resistance against hypoxemia.

RESUMO

The quantitative evaluation of the centralization reaction for shockogenic trauma has been experimentally established as an objective criterion of circulatory homeostasis failure severity and adequacy of its correction. The highest antishock effect of dopamine is reached when cardiac output fraction addressed to thoracic region vitals is supported by dopamine on the 43-45% level. Single infusion of the new synthesized prolonged dopamine (12.5 mg/kg) supplies hemodynamic stabilization for post-trauma hypovolemia during 4 hours.

RESUMO

It was established that the agonists of opiates (enkephalin) relieve the course of traumatic shock while the antagonists (diprenophrine) aggravate it. The favorable effect of the agonists of opiates is due to optimization of the relation between the requirements of the organism in oxygen and its supply. The antagonists of opiates aggravate shock due to increased requirements in oxygen in decrease of its transport.

RESUMO

In anesthetized cats, i.v. administration of adenosine reduced the mean systemic blood pressure and systemic vascular resistance while increasing the cardiac output and coronary blood flow.

RESUMO

In anesthetized cats, suppression of reflexes from the main zones of cardiac vascular system induced with hypovolemia, was accompanied by raising the total peripheral resistance of vessels and the systemic arterial pressure. Some cats had a redistribution of cardiac output similar to changes of regional blood flow occurring in the defense response: the enhancement of the cardiac output directed towards the hind-limbs along with limitation of oxygen consumption in this region.
