[Initial neuropsychiatric disorders in children with hepatitis and the effect of microsocial-psychological factors on their development]. / Initsial'nye nervno-psikhicheskie rasstroistva pri gepatitakh u detei i vliianie mikrosotsial'no-psikhologicheskikh faktorov na ikh vozniknovenie.

The psychic hepatitis-associated disorders in children with different biological and microsocial influences were studied. The development of mental disturbances correlated with the severity of hepatitis. It is concluded that identification of aggravating factors of the microsocial environment is necessary for timely conduction of prophylactic measures.

[Relationship between sex and the clinical picture of schizophrenia in adolescents]. / O nekotorykh osobennostiakh kliniki shizofrenii u podrostkov v zavisimosti ot pola.

In 100 boys and 100 girls with an onset of schizophrenia in adolescency, the hereditary loading, traits of premorbid personality, the clinical picture and development of the disease depending upon the sex were studied. Some sex differences in the clinical picture of adolescent schizophrenia were demonstrated, for instance, an earlier onset in girls, a prevalence in the clinical picture of affective disorders. The clinical picture of boys was mainly characterized by psychopath-like behaviour and its specificity in adolescents of both sexes. There were also other sex differences in the clinical picture, development and prognosis of the disease.

In comparison to normal children of the same age, in oligophrenic children there were qualitatively special structures of the intellectual mnestic functions, attention, auditory and visual perception, higher emotions and brain bioelectric activity. These data have an importance for the diagnosis and elaboration of standarized indices of oligophrenic patients in preschool age.
