Objective To analyze the risk factors of colorectal adenoma,construct a nomogram prediction model for the risk of colo-rectal adenoma,and evaluate its predictive efficiency.Methods A total of 1066 patients who underwent colonoscopy in Qingdao Munici-pal Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were collected retrospectively.Among them,496 patients who were pathologically diagnosed with colorectal adenoma were included in the adenoma group,the other 570 patients had no obvious abnormality in colonoscopy,or patho-logical diagnosis of inflammatory or hyperplastic polyps were included in the non-adenoma group.The independent risk factors for color-ectal adenoma were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis;R software was used to establish a nomogram model for predicting the risk of colorectal adenoma,and the Bootstrap method was used for internal validation of the model.The Calibration curve and receiver op-erator characteristic curve was used to evaluate the predictive efficiency of the nomogram.Results The results of univariate and multiva-riate analysis showed that advanced age(OR=1.068,95％CI:1.049-1.087,P＜0.001),male(OR=0.593,95％CI:0.396-0.886,P=0.011),alcoholism(OR=1.847,95％CI:1.085-3.144,P=0.024),family history of tumor(OR=1.778,95％CI:1.241-2.547,P=0.002),changes in bowel habit(OR=3.508,95％CI:2.496-4.930,P＜0.001),diabetes(OR=1.832,95％CI:1.179-2.846,P=0.007),high neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(OR=2.861,95％CI:2.055-3.982,P＜0.001),high carcino-embryonic antigen(OR=1.391,95％CI:1.229-1.574,P＜0.001)were independent risk factor for colorectal adenoma.The C-in-dex of the nomogram prediction model was 0.780,and the C-index of the validation model was 0.774.Conclusion The nomogram pre-diction model constructed in this study has high prediction accuracy,which can provide a basis for screening high-risk groups of colorec-tal adenoma and provide a reference for clinicians before endoscopy.

Objective:To analyze the relationship of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A 2 (Lp-PLA2) and severity of coronary atherosclerosis, and evaluate the effects of rosuvastatin at different doses on the concentration of plasma Lp -PLA2.Methods: Totally 152 cases of patients with suspected coronary heart disease were treated with coronary angiography .According to the results of angiogra-phy, the patients were divided into the coronary heart disease group ( n=117 ) and the normal control group ( without coronary heart disease,n=35).Gensini integral scale was performed and referring to the number of diseased coronary arteries , the degree of coronary atherosclerosis was evaluated .The concentration of serum Lp-PLA2 was detected and the relationship of Lp-PLA2 and the severity of coronary plaque was evaluated .Meanwhile , the patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 2 groups and orally treated with rosuvastatin respectively at the routine dose (10 mg· d-1 ) and the loading dose (20 mg· d-1 ).The changes of the plasma concentra-tion of Lp-PLA2 before the treatment, in the 2nd, 4th,8th and 12th week after the medication were measured and the effect of atorvastatin at different doses on the plasma concentration of Lp-PLA2 was summarized .Results: The plasma Lp-PLA level in the control group was (22.22 ±1.75) μmol· ml-1, while that in the coronary heart disease group was (29.03 ±3.99) μmol· ml-1(P0.05).Conclusion:Lp-PLA2 is correlated with the severity of coronary plaque .High dose of rosuvastatin can reduce plasma Lp-PLA2 concentration in the patients .
RESUMO
Objective To explore the correlation between uric acid, serum lipid levels and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease were set up as the observation group, and 80 cases of healthy people were set up as control group. The blood uric acid and lipid levels were compared between two groups. Results The Blood uric acid levels of observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant between the two group (P<0.05). In the aspect of blood lipid, the TC, TG, LDL and HDL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and there was also difference between the two group. Conclusion Blood uric acid, lipid levels are closely related to the coronary heart disease, and it is helpful to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.

Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of drug,electric cardiovertion,radiofrepuency ablation and implantable anti-atrial-fibrillation pacemaker on patients with persistent idiopathic atrial fibrillation.Methods 58 patients with persistent idiopathic atrial fibrillation were treated with drug or electric cardjovertion,radiofrequence ablation and anti-atrial-fibrillation pacemaker.Results There were 30 patients successfully converted to sinus rhythm by drug.The mean conversion time of drug was 8?5 days.22 patients were converted by electric cardioversion.10% of cases(6 of 58)failed to convert by both methods.In follow-up period,12 cases of patients were healed,19 cases got significant improvement,14 cases got moderate improvement,8 cases had no improvement.The total efficiency rate was 76%.18 cases in successful cardioversion patients were healed,5 cases got significant improvement,5 cases got moderate improvement,4 cases had no improvement.The total efficiency rate was 75%(14 of 18).2 cases got improvement by anti-atrial-fibrillation pacemaker.Conclusion Combined treatment of drug,electric cardioversion,radiofreqency ablation and anti-atrial-fibrillation pacemaker can imrove cure rate of persistent idiopathic atrial fibrillation.
