Comparative health care financing in St. Lucia, Grenada, and Dominica

This volume includes the findings and recommendations of a study entitled "Health Care Financing in CARICOM Countries" carried out jointly by State University of New York at Stony Brook and the Pan American Health Organization, with grant support provided by The Pew Charitable Trusts. CARICOM refers to the 13 countries of the English-speaking Caribbean; while only three of these- St. Lucia, Grenada and Dominica- could be selected as case study countries, all 13 were represented at a regional workshop held April 18-19, 1991 in Grenada to review a preliminary version of this volume and to discuss their individual country experiences with pressing health care financing issues in a comparative context
